MMmm... Civil Disobedience should be useful only if the government is unfair to its people... Gay people marrying when they're not suppose to for the sake of marital equality is CD.

Black people eating in a White section of the restaurant for the sake of racial equality = CD.

Not paying a ticket because you don't feel like it = not Civil Disobedience.
