Hey guys,
I got gotta write a story for my English class, please, any ideas? The more creative the better!

Write something based on a book you've recently read. For example take something like 'A streetcar named Desire' and write a new chapter that has a character you've made in it.

Those are hard to do, but can be both fun to write and fun to read.

How about a story about a boy who's run out of ideas of what to write about, and he daydreams while struggling with creative block, and goes on a crazy Yellow Submarine-esque dream.

Are you really into music? I find when I'm listening to some music that i really love, my imagination goes wild and I start imagining music videos to the songs or construct entire stories around the songs I'm listening to. Perhaps try that.

I created the story for my advanced higher English folio last year by listening to Kate Bush's Ninth Wave.

Write a story about a guy who has a spirit guide (in laymens terms: a dead person who follows you around and is supposed to help you through life) who keeps killing people. Everyone thinks it's the main character, but it's actually his spirit guide. It should build up to a compelling climax, in which said spirit-guide is about to kill a loved one of said character, and to stop it from happening, said character must sacrifice himself. It should end in jail, or a psychiatric institution. But it would start off in something normal, like work or something.

I remember learning at school that AIDS started from eating raw monkey meat. You could make a story about some dude killing monkeys and putting raw monkey into evil peoples food.
