Look at it this way -
NO CAT has 2 tails One cat has One more tail than NO CAT
Basically, the words 'No Cat' on the second line are ambiguous in the way that I could just be implying that 'No Cat' is the name of a cat with 2 tails.

the initial statement is !(cat = 2 tail) or 'no' cat = 2 tail aka cats do not have 2 tails
(even though they can in real life)
