I don't like it when newbs make bad decisions.

Hmm... well although reversing a song disserves no real credit, if it makes the song different and reusable, whats the big deal? If whats-his-face PX9 (i'm new to this) didn't think of doing it and whats-his-other-face did than he should be able to post it. If someone did that to one of my songs I wouldn't be pissed... I don't go through all of my work and reverse it to see if it sounds better.

My friend Brian Kruger (mig297) once showed me one of his songs and I was like "this would sound badass in reverse" and did so. The song sounded awesome, almost better than the original. Although I never posted it and would never post it (of course I could just tell him to do so) I still think it would have been ok to because...
- The audio posted on this site is given away for free to use in flash and to generally do with whatever one so pleases.
- The original author gets credit (another reason AP needs a collab system)
- The song is now much different (sounding) and can be used differently.

I'm not really backing whats-his-other-face up for doing it, but personally I think you're all being a little harsh. I'm too lazy to listen to the song myself (or even write the guys real name ha) but by the sound of things we all know who did the original and it is a totally different (SOUNDING!) song.

And by the way guys theres no such thing as a good female song-writer. That one chick does have a nice rack though.

Funny how just about everybody on this site seems to hate the genre which has so muchtalent.

Pffft, don't even start on how writing music on a computer is any different then writing something on a gutiar and singing. Both require a degree of musical talent.

Yeah, I would have to semi-diagree with the level of talent required to make/play your own music. Realistically, it is an entire different set of talents - One who can write out technically how to play/read music (implying that there is a theory knowledge behind it) is completely different from those who can just write something without any musical knowledge, yet with amazing complexity and diversity. Therefore, there is no comparison. It's completely different subjects^^

Man, that doesn't work for everyone. Honestly, that wasn't constructive at all! I mean really, if you're going to just come down on someone like that, you should have some damn good reasons/points to show for it. And c'mon, you want these people to not be discouraged from making music! What you Should have done was made some type of post in his audio page... maybe something like a "personal reflection" on one of his songs.
