Tom, you guys definietly made the right decision, keeping the emphasis on flash artists and their art is what make Newgrounds the best there is, if the focus had gone over to video bloogers and their dairies and all that, I probably would've left a long time, it's the art thats kept me here man!

I would've liked the whole thing of submitting video on Newgrounds. However, considering the fact that most people either put some pop culture non-sense or their favorite TV show clips on, it would have been a bad idea. So nice plan of not having a video section. It would've been a waste of space.

I tried viewing the interview was Gary Balshara, but the damn thing wouldn't work. It doesn't seem like any method of video streaming I know of, I dunno what there have to be so many damn ways to play a clip.

YouTube is a steaming pile of shit compared to Newgrounds. You definitely made the right decision. I mean, if it was more than flash, it just wouldn't be the same old Newgrounds we've grown to love and waste our lives on. :)

I like how Tom Flup is trying to get flash artists exposed to people. but i also like how newgrounds is like sorta an underground place where people can experience art, play some cool game, listen to custom music, and just have a good time. Im glad that tom is letting newgrounds stay away from the industry fatcats that try to just buy up everything. I go you youtube to watch robot chicken but its not at all like newgrounds. like someone else said, its just a resource department kinda thing. Newgrounds is a community of people who just all love art and flash and shit like that, they want to get exposed, but they dont want to be sell-outs, they just want to share what they have created.

I just wanted to make it crystal clear, Newgrounds kicks youtubes ass by a longshot. =)

I would have loved to see a video portal but also have an Under Judgement System so all of the garbage videos got blammed. It wouldn't be as popular as YouTube but it could have been nice.

Also, I think Tom made the right choice in not having a video portal. Like Loserrrkid
said, this is a site for people who love art and flash and want to share their work with us.Avideo portal will make things worse by taking away emphis from original art to copyrighted videos that some people upload.

I still never got how Dragostea Din Teil got turned into Numa Numa By Gary Brolsma.
He seems to be getting more popularity out of doing this song then O-Zone Ever Did. Is there an explanation for this? lol
