Yeah, I meant that the details in the suit (like the belt and pockets or whatever) need to stand out more. But then I remembered that I was looking at your thread and that's not how you roll :P It's fine how it is, dont worry :P

Oh man. I hate drawing liquids. Haha.

This is pretty cool. I think you need more of a splash on the head, though. Right now it doesn't look right. As if the wine or whatever is being sucked up off of the head.
haha, i love drawing liquids, even more fun to animate them though.
A little update here. am i going the right direction?

I think the blood looks too vainy or waxy if that makes sense, but the face is really nice, I just think you could make the liquid more liquidy if you're going for that.

Its meant to be wine. and i guess i should finish it and add all the highlights and color adjustments pretty soon. Thanks for the tip though.

Do i sense foreshortning? I think i do (?)

The only draw back on this is the lack of fingers on his left (Picture left) hand, there's only 2 fingers? WHY? WHY ARE THERE ONLY 2 FINGERS?

Apart from that <3

Those are impressive. I don't have the time to look the entire thread now, but the ones I saw, were all very good. Do you use acrilic paint or is it digital art?

They see me ridin', they hatin' ;)

This one is pretty cool. It's always interesting to see you do something different.

The middle car looks really asymmetrical. The sides of the car are really different from the one another.

pretty nifty, you work really scruffly and rough from the looks of things, no offense. id like to see a ballpoint pen or think line around the body to define the body shape.

Thank you. And as threadwood said:

Err, it's a SKETCHbook page. Also, ballpoint pens are for writing.

how i was just makign a suggestion. ballpoint pens can be used in art aswell in my opinion anything that makes a mark on paper. Drawing with pen makes you more confident aswell as it forces you to minimalize mistakes and be more confident with your lines. not that Lazerkarl needs that :D

nice sig btw

Nah, i just think ballpoint is boring. Theres no need to be confident with lines if you don't have to, right?

Anyway, update here. This is a little collab with a friend actually, so i can't take all the honor.

i really like the light in this. the water with pinks and purples look great as well.

also, it was a surprise to see the hi-res image because i only saw the birds after that. it gave me a great deal of space change when i saw the size difference between birds and building.

the only thing i notice that could be fixed is the purple cloud to the middle right of the image. it seems a bit too puffy and stout for the size and where its at/what it is.

other than that everything is perfect (i know you like rough brush strokes so those are fine :-] )

also, i'm interested in seeing how the dark sides of the landmass on the right and building structure on the left look with a deeper purple in the shaded regions (purple as an ambient light because the sky is purple)
