Create Your Own Dbz Character

Yeah... Make your own Dragonball Z character and post it here....Here's someone I made up. Any advice on how to fix it, because something seems wrong, ( Proportion wise.) I will rate anyone's picture I see posted here and give some tips as well. Lets get started.

Im no artist but I have a request anybody willing to draw a char who's bodytype is similar to cooler (tail and all) Exept all blue with black fingernails and a shiny black plate where his face should be?

This is my character Xavier. he's a crused soul back from the deamon relm to take revenge on those who cursed him so long ago... he has the power of the deamon lords so he can use fireballs and fly>:)

he also has a love interest but wont admit it yet because hes kind of a loner type im still working out the kinks in his personality but hes sure to be cool, look for his movie i wil maek in march.
