Ok so im on the SEPTA bus which is public transportation after school when I hear a kid talking about nintendo Wii I suddenly hear from him Zelda midnight princess is coming to it I says to myself ok but then I hear the bombshell ALL NES TURBOGRAPHIX AND GENESIS GAMES WILL COST 5.00 A PIECE dude thats a rip you used to be able to buy them at gamestop and EB games for like a buck although I have the money to blow they should only charge 1.00 for them.

Nintendo has to make up for the loss of the price of the system itself, that's why the old games are expensive. And actually the original copies of these old games including box and manuals are worth a few good dollars, old games are worth money now. There's a store downtown Montreal called Game Buzz, they sell old games for high prices, now that place is ridiculous.

Anyway, I've never heard of a game for a buck. I take it these games will be turned into CD form, so that's a mandatory $5. Besides, veen if its the actual games (like the retro cartridge design and all) it'll still be 1/10th the price of a new game so I don't think it'll be that big of a deal.

Rental stores aren't out for a large profit, but Nintendo is. That's why they're charging so much for a game that will last longer on your hardware than a cartridge ever could.
