I don't charge - unless I want to be a dick - but I give no guarantees on uptime or anything, the last server was online for 110 days without a problem but I'm shitty with money so sometimes I run out and server goes, so yeah, I can host you for free but if it disappears all I can do is give you your files, don't guarantee it won't just go one day.

also, directadmin, not cpanel.

The only thing I don't like about (mt) is that instead of using CPanel, they use some crappy homemade panel. I've had no problems with them, though.

That's not much of a bad thing cPanel is fugly. As long as everything is acessible and easy to use I dont mind.

Anyway (mt) just fixed my login issues ill have a play about with it and get my site back online when i get time

Now would be the right time to whore my awardspace offerings, but my pride took a bashing when I mis-used the square brackets when I intended to use the angle brackets. So no advertising here, pride is on the mend chaps!

Aha, I saw that!

Anyway, you could just post the URL as text *wink* although I much prefer using my self to host my site. That way I only have myself to blame when I fuck it all up.

I encounter a dreamweaver bug and thought it might be useful to pass along, as it is quite the rarity.

I just got back from what may have been the best show I've ever seen. Five of my favorite deathcore bands were playing, and the moshpits were insane. So insane in fact, that I actually saw teeth laying in the sinks in the bathrooms.

I only use Dreamweaver due to the nice ftp client built in. I am just too lazy to switch programs, lol. However I do agree, Notepad++ is way better.

Holland/England time :) I saw something in the papers about England being 75-1 to win. I should have took them up on it, I've got a good feeling about this game.

The only feature Texpad has over Notepad++ woth mentioning is that you can easily link it to a compiler. But since notepad++ is open-source and not a commercial hoore like Textpad. We could in fact add this feature ourselves if we wanted to!

I shouldn't have put money on either. 2-2 was a fair result I guess, although we maybe could have nicked it towards the end. We completely gifted them the first two but some decent substitutions got us back into it. Good game overall.

So we got humped then, ah well, its expected and we went into it with such high hopes. Time to do that age thing of supporting whoever plays England because the BBC don't show our games anyway. Unless were playing England lol last time that happened was Euro96 but I still remember that missed penalty (damn you seaman) and a still remember that hun Gasgoine finishing us off by putting it past that other hun Goram lol

It would be amazing if we were drawn together considering my current boss is English :D

Heh, no worries. You've just been erased.

Eraser quotes are awesome, especially out loud.

I don't want to actually argue against using Notepad++ but I just realised, that is actually pretty intense for a glorified text editor. gedit is 683.8 KB and uses almost exactly 12MB of RAM when opening / changing / saving / closing a 1MB text file.

Though I appreciate it's not avaliable for Windows and may not have a few features (never used Notepad++ for anything serious, always went for Notepad2 because I only ever needed syntax highlighting, lot's of history, line duplication and code minimizing) and I also appreciate you said less than 100MB of RAM... But still...

Well, I've got 2MB of files open (about 40) so it's using lots, just closed them all and it's dropped to 40MB. But really, does MB usage matter that much when it's reasonable? <200MB for me is entirely reasonable.

Of course not, I have 8GB of RAM for pointless shit to utilise. I'm just saying for a text editor it seems to be far more hungry than competitors.

It's not that I don't think people should use it or anything, I just don't see the need.

Also I saw you change the ceiling of RAM usage!

You will need a youtube account to view this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xogQHYUFo Oc& I was in another town on the day where something similar could have happened (the helicopter was watching us in fact) but it kicked off in the city centre and lasted an hour.

I was gonna post about this the other day but someone told me their was video, so I decided to wait for that to surface. It took over 30 vans etc to stop that I was told...

I did say a wee while ago tension had been building, probably since those soldiers were shot in Ireland 5-6 months ago, then the fighting during armed forces day and now this. Its just gonna get annoying for the foreseeable future!
