There are copies of SL floating around on the net for those feeling experimental.
If I had a second Mac laying around, I'd try it out. But the Mac I'm using right now is my main work computer, and I can't afford to mess it up with an unofficial copy.

Yes.

And same, my mac will be running media for a show in a couple of days so it needs to stay in pukka condition.

Yeh, known issue, cheers. When I moved host I think I missed out a JS file. I'm planning on redesigning it soon (September time) and I really don't have the time to work on it at the moment so it's staying like that for the moment unfortunately.

Anyway, just got back from Wales. It was nice to get away, got shit loads of work on now though. Sucks.

ANOTHER redesign, aye? you've only just released this one! anyhow, as usual i look forward to what you can dish out.

wales is a nice country when you're actually there, where did you stay?

It's gonna be a slow 2 weeks for me.. my girlfriend is off to Fueturventura (Canary Islands) today, as well as most of the other people I frequently talk to heading to holiday, abroad or in the country. I'm off to devon on thursday to go tree surfing with my family, which should be fun to try, haha. otherwise i'll be focusing on web designs and posting more :P

Hey is it really as bad as people say it is? Does it actually rain in England most of the year?

Oh hell yes. We usually have a bit of solace during the summer but it's the end of July and it's still chucking it down briefly every other day.

I love the sound of rain. It's awfully relaxing when you need to sleep.

pretty much. it's been raining heavily for the past week or so on and off, but before that we had some lovely weather, enough to get a tan!

the weather here is usually abelow average, cloudy most of the time, windy, etc.

if i recall, april last year we had some heavy snow.

6th April 2008 out of my bedroom window when the snow had just started

what you see across the street is actually 2 houses, originally 2 seperate buildings, the one house had an extension built above their garage

using the beta version? There's a bug in the proper release that causes problems with js DOM load, so I switched to the beta.

but seriously, why do you want to block NG ads?

i've already blocked it with adblock-plus. but now there is just a grey square, and it's in the way.

what's so wrong with blocking it? I would never have clicked on it anyway.

you know why it's in the way? because there's supposed to be an advert there, an advert that goes unnoticed even when it's displayed. you're giving yourself extra work by going through the hassle of blocking that particular div.

what's so wrong with blocking it? I would never have clicked on it anyway.

newgrounds' still recieves money when it is viewed, so it doesn't matter if you wouldn't have clicked it. Newgrounds isn't a pay-per service, it's a completely free service and (this may come as a shock to you) it requires very high funding to keep alive, being the selfish person you're being, refusing this advertisement is not helping newgrounds at all.

for shame

Sorry, can't help myself
Anyway, good for you. I've had a Sony Ericsson w910i for almost 4 years now and I hope it will resist a while longer.
Also, like Relish says, definitely black.
