Got the first of my last four ever exams today. Fairly confident about two of them since I only need a couple of low C's to get a B overall in English. The other two however are gonna be tough. Need a B and an A to get a B overall. Wish me luck :)

England 6, Andora 0 :) Becks showed that he's still got it, Johnson showed he's one hell of a centre-back, Rooney showed his best position is up front, Wallcot showed he's a bright young prospect and Green didn't get to show anything.

LUCKY bugger! I didn't know his stuff was on-line a will need to have a look!

Fit-baw news!!!
KaKa transferred for 59million then that Ronaldo guy for 80million thats what was on the radio today. Insane amounts of money floating about their! Scotland are not guaranteed qualification for the world cup next year, just yet but I think we will do it :P

Other news.
Work is getting harder, I've been missing sleep. In fact I should go to sleep now if I were attempting to catch up on my sleep. I need money to get a car after I get a license. That way I get 30mins extra in the morning instead of having to fall out of bed early and go to work like a zombie :-[

Got more political activism of a sorts to attend this Saturday. A will post about that when its done :)

Oh and I totally forgot and even though its a year old I thought I would share this video with y'all because a do get out the house now and then :P Glesga' is an interesting city after all, who'd have though.

Hunger strike march - glasgow this video is when it goes under the flyover. And the echo from the drums is almost deafening if your "right beside" or even near them. A great day so it was. A good number of people but more importantly people that were respectful and their for the right reasons, not the drunken idiots who normally turn up and sing Celtic songs!

Their were a few but they were dealt with easy enough! You get a better view of all the banners etc if you watch part1 which is when we were starting off! Republicanism but not the kind you find in America!

Ohh, by the way, Britain is not a country, you can't do cheese and automatics suck. Your steak, however, fantastic and turning right on a red light wins.

Where in Florida did you go? Certain red lights have a "no turn on red" sign for safety though. But I do enjoy going right on red so you don't have to wait :D

Spring Hill. It was nice, good weather, nice beaches near by. Certainly warmer than England, especially in the sea.

Never heard of it. I wouldn't go swimming at the beach this time of year here in Ct, too cold but Florida's definitely nice, especially in January in the Gulf of Mexico.

Ah is their even a condition that exists that for some reason. Even though I said to myself "early night tonight" I'm still up at 1:37... It's not insomnia because I can go to sleep. Just for some reason it always ends up being that I don't sleep until I really have to!

The weird thing is, when I'm in the +5 GMT time zone on holiday in Canada. I go to sleep and get up at the right time. With literally no jet-lag on the way their. Hits me like hell on the way back. And I don't think I would eventually get used to their time as I was over their once for ages and still kept a normal sleeping pattern.

This is annoying because I now go into work like a zombie in the morning, and by the end of the day I'm falling asleep on the bus home as I cant catch up during the day. Anybody any suggestions? Help a brother out!

I was gonna post something else but then I decided not to, one problem at a time etc! I have no idea why I think about the shit I do late at night/early in the morning! Which goes back to my original thing of not sleeping for some reason. I would rather be unconscious letting my brain recharge for a while!

Wish the bloody downloadable content for GTA4 was on the PS3 also, not only xbox. Fucking Pigs! as Niko would say! Now theirs a fictitious character I can relate to in more ways than one. Which is a sad thing to admit..! But the whole teaching people not to kill thing about GTA4 I find interesting.

Good on Rockstar for giving their character emotional baggage and a past he cant hide from. It is probably the same for all of us, even if we did jump on the next boat from Europe to America. Or plane because fuck spending a few weeks at sea! Although who knows boats agree with me sometimes, other times I can't stand to be on them. As long as I took my own food for the plane it would be sound. Plane food makes me sick. This is guaranteed out of the 4 in total I have had which equals 2 flights.

Gonna try again, I would give a pinky toe for decent REM sleep every night!

Ahhg! This always happens to me! Usually it is because something is keeping me up. Not something terribly important, but something like a good show, or wanting to finish a project or complete a program, or just listenin to music.
Is there something specifically keeping you up?

Baby steps, baby steps. You cannot expect to slip into the sleeping patterns the way you did in Canada. Although I do not think you expect that. Try taking it one hour, or even thirty minutes at a time, when you can. Try to stay up just 30 minutes later and get up just 30 minutes earlier (when applicable, obviously).

Also, so for jumping in to the conversation like that. I hope I am not being rude, if so, please forgive me. And I sincerely hope that your sleeping patterns are fixed. It is a terrible nightmare (literally) to have screwed up sleeping patterns.

This is the thing, sometimes it is TV but even though I want to go to sleep I just don't. Sometimes theirs nothing on TV their is no reason for staying up and yet I do!

Nah your sound, I recognise your name but even if I didn't we need more regs in here anyway! I've looked into sleep problems before (I used to think I didn't dream) turns out I did they were just really short and I didn't remember them! So their might be hope for this problem.
