Ah is their even a condition that exists that for some reason. Even though I said to myself "early night tonight" I'm still up at 1:37... It's not insomnia because I can go to sleep. Just for some reason it always ends up being that I don't sleep until I really have to!
Ahhg! This always happens to me! Usually it is because something is keeping me up. Not something terribly important, but something like a good show, or wanting to finish a project or complete a program, or just listenin to music.
Is there something specifically keeping you up?
This is annoying because I now go into work like a zombie in the morning, and by the end of the day I'm falling asleep on the bus home as I cant catch up during the day. Anybody any suggestions? Help a brother out!
Baby steps, baby steps. You cannot expect to slip into the sleeping patterns the way you did in Canada. Although I do not think you expect that. Try taking it one hour, or even thirty minutes at a time, when you can. Try to stay up just 30 minutes later and get up just 30 minutes earlier (when applicable, obviously).
Also, so for jumping in to the conversation like that. I hope I am not being rude, if so, please forgive me. And I sincerely hope that your sleeping patterns are fixed. It is a terrible nightmare (literally) to have screwed up sleeping patterns.
