heh, well, at least you made an effort to not intrude. though the subject is touchy. it can still be discoused...you don talways have to go with what the main topic is.
Also... hmm, I just have no idea what to talk about. Er, favorite webcomics?

FUCK. I was schedualed to take POST 325, I was registered and everything. But then I get an email from the University saying they have switched which semester it will be offered in, and surprise I could no longer take it because of my schedual. FUCKERS, I really wanted to take the post-communism transition or somethign liek that. Oh and when I registered for the reciprical course (same time frame opposite semester) on European Intergration it says I do not have the rigth prerequiites. Now my whole schedual for next year is up in the air as I check if am also being allowed to take other 3rd year politics courses.

Yeah. My real life motto is, if you don't have anything helpful to say, then don't say anything. Or change the subject. You see, I just realized that maybe I could use that on the web too.

Great thing about those guys is that they manage to be overwhelmingly funny even if you don't know jackshit about what game they're talking about. My personal favorite is SomethingPositive, though. Highly rec ommended, by the way.
Also, BeFell, you've got mail.

i kind of feel the same way..though most of the time i'm the one who creates a situation where others are angry and i'm in a bind that i must speak..often times i wind up making as ass of myself because i'm a little bit of a realistic pessimist...and i make friends with optomistic people..it clashes once in a while. and i cause others to feel sad or soemthing and then they lash out. ^_^

ctrl alt del does the same thing. i have to admit that at times i find one funnier then the other...but it depends from day to day depending on what the strip is about really. they are equally funny overall though.
i'll look into this somethingpositive one...

Oh god, is afliXion funny, he is just plain amusing. I mean, I just checked out some of his post history (since we are currently locked in debate), and its a whole bunch of religious stuff, that makes me laugh. Because really people, the types of people who come to NG are not exactly the ones that walk the chosen path. I can also say that he does try with his debates, but I find them quite lacking. I mean, I have not looked at his posts and thought to myself, he really has a point there. Of course, I did read up on noah's ark, young earth creationists, and flood/creation geology before I really got into debating him. He works hard on his arguements, but relies on God to much to solve them, saying God said so or God did it does not really help sway those who do not believe. Maybe after the whole Ark thing gets worn down, I could switch over to the Garden of Eden, or just switch over to the origins of the planet. I have to say, I am really enjoying this point counterpoint thing that is going on.

I think it's either something genetic or all the weed he's been smoking.
I don't think weed can cause any reactions like that, unless he's just looking for attention (for example, posers who are like DUDE I'M SO HIGH! *walks into a wall*). I think you should take him to a psychiatrist. Because he seems mentally fucked. I don't know was FAS is, but yeah, your friend seems like he's very mentally unhealthy.

FAS=fetal alcohol syndrom. Its caused by a mother who drinks during her pregnancy and can cause a large variety of problems from delayed mental growth (retardedness) to physical deformities.

Damn university scheduling. I know what you mean, there are a few classes I absolultely must take next semester yet they are virtually impossible to take together from a scheduling standpoint. Damn this needing to take 10+ hours of lab courses a week. The only working schedule I have requires that I can actually get into every specific section I need, otherwise I'm fucked.

Sinfest
Sore Thumbs
Chugworth Acadamy
I'm trying to remember the name of this racing game for the SNES... it was very primitive, all the vehicles were done in a cartoonish looking polygon style and they would fall apart if you landed to hard after a jump... had a motorycle, a monster truck...

I get behind by 5 pages in a day, and I see things never change. Certainly makes it easy to follow... unlike those damned soap operas. I tell ya, you miss ONE episode of As The World Turns, and you're toast! .... uhhh... at least that's what I hear...

Heh I haven't read a page of the lounge since I met up with Andrea and Mike (aka Freakapotimus & RedCircle) Friday. I've just been too busy. I think I used to try reading every single page... but... meh.
