Fortunately I have never watched the movie, only seen the ending and a few bits and pieces of it.

Yeah, I understand MEETING someone online, but marrying her without really knowing and living with her is stupid. At least I lived with my ex-fiancé for 4 years before I popped the question. If her family didn't get involved, I'd be happily in debt.
I'm going to bestbuy now. Should I get Alien Hominid or a game like Bloodrayne?

We only met face to face 6 months before we got married, but we had known enough other online for about 2 1/2 years. Talked on the phone a lot too. Just kind of hard me being stationed in California, and her living in Alabama. We just couldn't stand to be apart anymore, and we celebrate out second aniversary in 2 days <January 1st>. But then again, I know of quite a few marriages like ours from EQ. Got a friend that moved to Australlia to get married, got one that moved from Australlia to San Jose. And one from Norweigh <sp> to somewhere in the US, and all those marriages are doing real well so far. But not saying it isn't without risk either. I got lucky to find my wife though.

Bloodrayne. Question, anyone played the new vampire the masquarade game? I quazi liked the first one, I liked the pen and paper RPG though, and was wondering what people thought of the new one that came out, think last month. Best Buy is the devil though, they keep upping my damned credit limit.

Bloodrayne...is that the one with the vampire chick? Pretty sweet game.
I've never really played AH besides the flash version, so I can't make a fair judgement. But then again, that game is hard as fuck to find, so maybe you should get it as a collector's item or something =/

Not just that, but EveningShift and DrLavaGoddess were married after meeting in NG chat. They only met each other 6 times before getting married. But it was difficult for them because ES lived in England and DLG lived in the States. And I met my boyfriend in NG chat (technically Radiogrounds chat, but hey, whatever). We've met twice so far in person and talked for almost a year. I don't see what's so "crazy" about that. The internet is no longer made up of pedophiles and rapists. Furthermore, there have been studies done to show that marriages last longer if you've known your partner less than 2 years. I, personally, am not too sure about that one. I believe that when you get married, it should be once. But, talking on the phone and on the net is almost more educational than in person. I've noticed this with a few long distance relationships. When you talk on the phone and online you really talk about serious issues as opposed to cuddling all the time and ignoring things that are important. You may think it's weird, but hey, it's worked in the past and continues to today.

Thats pretty cool.

What my friend Akassha <her eq name> told me about this when my wife was worried about her mom freaking out about us getting engaged is that, for all of the negative things you hear on the news about the bad things happening over the internet with rapists, and pedophiles and such, there are about the same good things going on as well. Reason you don't hear about the good on the news is that good news doesn't sell.
I believe that when you get married, it should be once.
I like that idea, I hope I only get married once, but I think divorce isn't always a bad thing either, even with kids. I'm glad my parents got a divorce because they talked about it, and realized its not working before they began to hate each other. So they are still friends, can still sit down and hold a conversation, and now both are happy with their new spouses. And I would much rather have happy parents living apart, than having a mom and dad living together that fight all the time, and can't stand each other.
But, talking on the phone and on the net is almost more educational than in person. I've noticed this with a few long distance relationships. You are totally right in my experiences as well. When you meet people, it almost always starts out with a physical attraction, instead of the more important thing <in my opinion> the mind of the person. I could be dating the most beautiful woman in the world, but if I couldn't hold a conversation with her then she isn't worth spending the rest of my life with. And with a long distance relationship you learn to actually trust the other person, and see if that person is willing to put up the same commitment as you towards that relationship. Bah, I'm babbling. Hope your relationship works out very well Grace

I was also away for two stinkin' days because I had no power whatsoever at my house. All the rain over here on the west coast caused a power outage and here's a pic of me using my Gameboy SP as a flashlight. I tell ya, them SP's come in handy.

The D.S. sucks.
Reasons:
1. I'm not one to jump on bandwagons so fast.
2. It doesn't play classic Gameboy Games like Metroid II or Mario Land.
3. It gives you 3D games but it doesn't have any analog, you have to play Mario 64 with a D-Pad, how wrong is that?
4. You can't hook up any of the old perhiperals to it properly like the e-reader or the GB Camera.
5. It's fat :\ I'll hold out for a slimmer version (if they ever make one).
Until then, I'm happy with my SP.

See following statement....
I've never heard of one going for less than one grand,Which sucks
The thing is, what few Upright/Double Basses I've been around were owned by Bluegrass players. When I discussed price with them, they usually said they paid around $1,500. And these are usually some rather nice sounding (and looking) basses as well.
I'd hate to break a string on that....
My new bass makes you put the strings on backwards. I don't think I can do it if one breaks or wears out...
Backwards? How do you put a string on backwards?
The hair on my new bow cost more than that :/
Genuine Horsehair bow, eh?
I think I've said that before...First I recall it.
Oh well. Sadly, I am without a digital camera, so I am forced to track down the website and post a link for those of whom who want to actually see what this guitar looks like...

No, really, honestly. I think the sexual part of a relationship, while it may not 'make' the relationship, certainly has the potential to 'break' the relationship.

Well, as true as that might be...just wear a condom. That's what i do. People like me keep the DUREX company in business.

HAHAHA. That's more of an urban myth, brother. I've used a condom at approximately every other day for the last year and a half, since i've been with my girlfriend. And i've never once had a condom break.
Don't buy offbrand condoms, and they won't break, like cheap shit usually does. When it comes to Condoms, as with everything else, you get what you pay for.
Go for the gold, go for DUREX.

Condoms have an 88% failure rate, and that's not counting the human stupidity factor which often leaves condom effectiveness down to around 50%. So, basically, no. Furthermore, people are too willing to just be content with fucking every partner they've ever had. Hence why 1 in 4 people in the US has Herpes. Also, studys have shown that there is a less chance of divorce if the couple has not had sex before marriage. And, if you're going to have sex after you get married and the sex is "bad," then just keep practicing! It's not like one of those things like "if you're bad at sex once, you're always going to be bad." And in fact, narrow minded thinking like that is what drives people like me to continue to be celibate, in order to assure that I will never have sex with someone like you.
