Why must people feel the need to attack people on the internet. And then when they get pwned they dont wanna look stupid so they drag it out and keep fighting, even brining in things total irrelavent to the conversation, such as their job, politcal beliefs etc. Im sick of seeing this shit.
The NG Staff work their asses off and dont get the recongnition they deserve. Like liljim said , Amazon.uk has many staff, probally get paid more and the company has tons of dough, yet you always get an automated reply, and usually they are more valid emails you send then OMG YOU BLAMMED MY FLASH I MADE IN 30 SECONDS. Yet Wade reads every email he gets, which probally is not an easy task, liljim is always hard at work making this site run better, and Tom is busy doing the stuff that needs to get done, yet still finds time to go to a fans house and give him a copy of AH for his birthday.
We should be thankful for what these guys do. If I see anyone fighting an admin, not only will I refuse to come to your aid, I will probally tell you to STFU (which is what you should do, because its stupid and pointless). And after if you get your ass kicked or banned, I will have no sympathy for you.

ok, couple things to address:

Wade thing: Wade is a person, pure and simple, I've had mostly positive personal interactions with Wade, and then there's times where I don't like what he has to say, I can say that for almost every single one of you. I think Shrike is right in that too many people are viewing this thing as "Wade Fulp, admin of Newgrounds" and not "Wade Fulp, average guy", because if we really looked at it as Wade as an average person, people wouldn't have yakked on about half a page like they have.

Maus: I am truly sorry to hear about your loss, and I hope you know that if you need ANYTHING at all, my door is most definitely open to you *e-hug*.

I also think it's pretty sad (I could use harsher words, but I'm not looking for a fight here, just to make a point) when I compare the amount of people who have expressed condolences for Maus's loss, vs. the amount of people who just kept blabbering on about this issue with Wade like nothing was going on. I'm not saying we need to throw a pity party for Maus, that's not how she is, that's not what she would ask for, but she IS our friend (certainly, she's my friend) and I think the people who didn't make any sort of comment should be ashamed, and get their fucking e-priorities in order.

In general no. Every once in a while, yes I do. Have you seen how I treat stevenherman? Except for that questionable link I act like a saint when I'm dealing with him and he's by far the most aggrivating person I've seen on these boards.

Yes, I did consider it. However I'm not even applying my warped standards. I'm applying those of my mother who's had a far more stressful time over the past couple of years than Wade could have between her hospital closing and our financial problems and the deaths in the family and so forth and still believes that you should be treating everyone decently.

It's not fair of anyone to take out crankiness on others. I hold myself to that when posting and decency dictates that so should any other rational person. What alarms me is Wade's high frequency.

Why do you think I've been posting all this in here? I don't want Wade to have to deal with all this on top of his daily duties. I know Shrike's going to defend him, even when faced with evidence to the contrary so it works out that I have someone to bounce my ideas off of.

I love crosswords. Too bad you have to sometimes read the tabloid to get all the clues. That's why I complete the crossword in the Boston Globe. Seriously though, I recommend crosswords to everyone. It's a great way to educate yourself. I wouldn't have the mastery over the English language that I enjoy if I hadn't been helping my mother with her crosswords since I was a youngster.

I find that condolences are the absolute last thing I want when someone close to me has died so I never offer any, never. Social ettiquette only demands that you be respectful when someone dies, not that you have to do anything about it.

If people want to continue talking about Wade with me (including liljim if he ever reads this, not that I know why he looked at it before) I would be happy to respond using e-mail (FatherVenom@gmail.com) so that we aren't bothering lounge posters. It makes communal interaction a little more difficult, but I'm willing to sacrifice group input for a happier lounge.

Anyway, I wasn't picking on Venom in particular with my comments, I was basically making a blanket statement on a lot of people who want to talk about the admins. It's a fine line they have to walk in that they're here trying to do a job, but they also want to interact and be like the regular posters. I think it's probably impossible to be in charge of a place, and get treated by everyone like you're just another one of the users, the best you can probably aim for is MOST. My point overall here (and I think I better make it quick and be done since it's getting late and the later it gets, the more my ability to stay on point declines), is that no matter what you're affiliation with NG, you're still a person like anyone else, I've said that many, many, times before. People are who they are, or at least who they want to be on the net. You think they acted like a bastard? Ok, so call them on it, but if they don't want to change, or acknowledge it, then like you should do in reality, you take the high road, you walk away and you say: "my comments are there for the public, I said what I thought was right, I think I'm right, and that is that, I leave it to others to judge". It's what I do, it's what a lot of people could probably benefit from learning, it'd destress some of you quite a bit I think, and my last point would be that if you have a problem with someone, keep it addressed somewhere where they'll see it, and not someplace like here where they really don't come. With that, and FV saying he's going to take the whole thing over to email, hopefully this little chapter of "As The Lounge Turns" is over, and we can all get back to what this topic is really about...drugs, getting laid, and people being put into bear suits by crazy, crazy mormones with too much time on their hands.

Yeah I had that problem with my artificial optic fiber tree. It turns out the top segment (comes in 3 segments) was at fault, I had to bend it slightly to one side so it would straighten out, plus the star was pretty heavy on the top so I had to place it very gently and make sure it doesn't topple sideways.
