I don't remember much, except that the chicks were pretty hot... Along with thousands of other teenagers I got my A Level results yesterday. I got quite decent results (ABB) and easily got into my first choice Uni (Sheffield.) My mate, who I've known since I was like 5, also applied for Sheffield and also got in.

After waking up this morning with a slight hangover I came downstairs and found the Sheffield Accomodation letter, which told me where I was going to live this coming year. After finding out I called my mate to see where he was going to be staying in Sheffield. We're in the same set of flats - he's like 2 doors down from my room. The chances that we would be put in those flats was slim (they're way over-subscribed) but the chance we would be put into the same flat is bloody amazing.

Anyhow, I'm going to Sheffield. It was rated top for politics in 2002 and has a ratio of 2.3 women to 1 man. Threesomes here I come!

I was brainstorming for a Mega Man themed screen name when I was 12 or 13, and somehow came up with my current yahoo e-mail of "proteas_the_myserious." When I got to posting regularly on message boards, I just shortened it to "Proteas." I was not aware until sometime within the last six months that it (my sn) was actually a mispelling of a minor Greek diety. Go figure.
