What kind of name for a movie is Farenheit 9/11 anyways?

It comes from Farenheit 451 - the book about a society where books are banned (for giving The People too many ideas) and burned. The author tried to sue Moore over it, but was laughed out of claims court.

Does Firefox come bundled in with Windows? Oh, that's right. IT DOESN'T. If you have to download it, it's extra. IE = bundled, Firefox = extra.

You can use open-source programs on Windows.

As well as Macintosh. And Linux. And any other damn OS out there. The 'open source' is determined by the people who write the software, not the operating system.

For god sakes, Microsoft is patenting Borg technology.

Let me get this straight: The most evil of empires, the most villainous purveyor of defective wares wants to make you a part of their product... and you're happy?

All jokes aside, it sounds interesting.

FireFox didn't come bundled with my version of Mac OS X.

Firefox sucks on Mac, and as I've said many times in the past few hours, Apple's own browser, Safari, has a pop-up blocker. Safari is also faster than any other Mac browser. It's like the windows version of Firefox hopped up on cocaine or methamphetamines.

Mozilla.org offers 3 browsers for Mac. Camino, Mozilla, and Firefox. All have pop-up blockers, and they're all pretty decent. Except Firefox.

How many web browsers does Mozilla offer for windows?

FAIL. FAIL. FAIL. FAIL.

Nope. You fail. See what I mean? Let's let it rest. I grow tired of owning you silly bitches. =p

Main Entry: pro·te·us
Pronunciation: 'prOt-E-&s
Function: noun
Proteus, Greek mythological character. Proteus was an ancient god of the sea and sometimes identified as a son of Poseidon. His job was to herd Poseidon's flocks of seals and other sea creatures. Possessed of the gift of prophecy, he was generally unwilling to share his knowledge and would escape his questioners by assuming a variety of shapes, including fire and water and the forms of wild beasts.

Granted, I spell it with an "a" instead of a "u." Someone else already had "Proteus" as a screen name on here.

Well, since I'm a co owner of a ranch down here in miserably warm Santa Cruz de la Sierra, tengo mucho espacio para ti y sus hijos de puta, o "vacas." Bienvenidos, y tengo un sonrisa para ti y sus animales (personalmente, quiero asessinar :) ), Proteas.

It's from my days of studying demonology. Those gothic occult days are long behind me, but from what I remember of my research:
A Wraith is a vengeful and violent spirit, usually of someone that died a violent death (or the spirit of a violent criminal, I forget) that haunts the place of their death. Of course, that definition could be correct though. It usually depends on the culture.

As for mine, its my version of mr. poppin'fresh. The original spelling sucks ass, don't you agree?

Mm-hmm.

If you want to know why there are no women here, consider the following:

You guys (not specifically you, but the BBS, in general) spend so much time wondering where the women are on here, when one does come along, they get bombarded with attention. People surface from the depths of the BBS to try and chat with a girl. They get freaked out, and leave. This leaves the women who don't care, the attention whores, and....

I wouldn't be surprised if a fair number of BBS users who are listed as 'male' aren't men at all.

Popenfresh has a point: Don't worry about the women (or lack thereof) on the BBS. If you desire feminine contact, look outside. You know what I mean, right? The big room with no walls and a blue ceiling...

Internet where I live.... what a novel concept....

So, let me get this straight: Mods can strong-arm users and take their BBS attributes? Cause if so, I am DYING to steal EGAs name. I was also thinking of a JMHX spoof of Mod#049357417 (that's dagestan in pig 1337. "F" is too hard to make).

Wait, this post lacks something.....

FAIL

There we go. Now it looks like something from the BBS.
