The only thing I don't like is that eerytime you plug it in the computer, it automatically updates the songs from iTunes. This annoys me because it also erases the songs on your iPod if they aren't on iTunes anymore.

That's one of the formats iPods play naturally, and not only do they have CD quality, they're smaller than MP3s of the same bitrate.
