Four languages? Is that really necessary? Most people on the BBS haven't even mastered their native language, let alone three others. You should have been less eurocentric in choosing them, though. I would have taken English, Hindi, Mandarin, and Arabic. That means you have a good chance of finding someone who speaks your language no matter what continent you're on. Of course, I realize that if you never plan on living outside of Europe, those four are pretty good.

BTW, do all Europeans speak English these days? Not that I'm bitching, as it's rather convenient for me.

Well, to be honest, I didn't choose these languages, they're obliged if you do my level of education in the Netherlands. You have two ways of having a language: you can just learn to understand it a bit and be able to read and speak a bit of it, or you can learn to fully master it. I chose the first for French and German. Furthermore, the only languages they thought at my school are English, French, German and Spanish.

Oh, and yes, most of the Europeans speak some English, except for the French perhaps, but even they are catching on.

Metaphorically or literally.

Paris is...........hard to describe. It's numbingly expensive, somehow interesting, and just.....well......huh.

Well, EGA seems to be doing pretty good for someone who's first language isn't english. And most people thought I was from up north when I started posting. Oh well, go figure.

HEY, WTF????11!//

Do Canadians suddenly not know how to speak english? I am insulted by your insolence! If I had my psychic soviet kiddies with me, I'd order them to fry your computer, and put a pepper shaker's worth of pepper in your brain!

Besides, I once went to Paris for a trip.

You are from up north. Do you shoot deer and run from bears while on the computer?

And where the hell am I?

HEY, WTF????11!//

I remember you saying something along those lines, long before you took your trip to the funny farm. Was I mistaken in saying that english isn't your first language?

No, I download free porn. I think I have somewhere around 200 megabytes of it on here now. And that's just the stuff on my hard drive, I'm not sure how much I have on C.D. Roms.

I meant as in from the Midwest portion of the U.S. when I said "Up North." Tennesse is considered part of "The South," seeing as how it was (I think) a Confederate State during the Civil War.

And where the hell am I?

I think you answered your own question...

It's so incredibly obvious when you look at it though, the beginning of his post will be ridden with spelling and puncuation errors and then he'll have a group of three paragraphs usually the bulk of the post that are seamlessly written, and then a return to the erroneous writting style.

Meany. Just because my p3n0r is not uber-1337 is no reason to rub it in my face.
