Hi Guy's
I survived my 4 weeks in mosquito bay...aka Blue Rocks Lunenburg.
My best count was 10 on my arm sucking blood at the same time !
we found that bug spray worked best when applied in layers by different manufacturers.
start with a layer of OFF (orange can)
followed by a good soaking of Deep Woods OFF ( green can)
THen over top it with a drenching of Muskol ( a blue can)
We were also using Skin-so-soft with alcohol... everyone was bitten no one got out unscathed.
Failure to follow a 3 or four different kinds of bug juice mulitiple times a day, meant you could go for the record & try to beat 24 mosquito's on our Dolly Grips back all feeding at the same time ! ! !
Sometimes when you wiped them away your hand and arm would be covered in blood & sweat & bug juice ~8)
( I'm showing an elated face because i don't have to go back !!!!)
Fuck, my skins crawling just thinking about what we went through. There were places in the feild leading to a privater beach where we walked through long grass 3+ ft high where if you breathed in through your mouth you got mosquito's in it, your nose same thing !
This was the worst place for the biting bastards I've ever been, except for the high Arctic.

my version of "cooking" usually involves something that looks like some kind of pseudo chinese restaurant cooking... without the msg (flavor). i usually just toss a few veggies into some boiling water, add some chopped up chicken (of shrimp when im in the mood) add enough soy sauce to make it taste good, boil it til the meats done, then toss in a block or two of instant noodles. when the noodles soften, its a meal.
I'm not crazy, everyone else is.

I finished the first draft of a thesis chapter and just emailed it for review. So why do I feel like I've signed my own death warrant?

If I can't hit you with a shotgun, I might as well by some Wayfarer sunglasses and start playing piano.

Nope, it's a pump action. I've got a pistol grip on mine now (thus the accuracy issue), but it still has the 28 inch hunting barrel on it because I haven't sent off for the replacement short barrel yet, so it oddly resembles that revolver that Jack Nicolson pulls out of his pants and shoots down the Batplane with.
Although, I was channel surfing one day and came across an episode of Montel Williams about gang violence, and the cop on the show had a confiscated double barrel shotgun that had been modified like that. Somebody had taken and sawed the stock down pistol-grip style, then cut both barrels so short you could have seen the crimp and color of the shell. Definitely would not want to be on the receiving end of that one... much less would I want to fire such a beast.

And just think, in two or three year's time he'll be old enough to load up on Red-Bull and Cotton Candy then send home to his mother after an afternoon being babysat by his uncle. XD
Also; I am definitly going to have to bulk up the enhancements on my characters if I'm going to wear this outfit in game and be taken seriously.

Kittens.
That's the trick.
KITTENS.
They're like the perfect examples of hate.
They purr and meow to get you to pet them, and then when they tire of you...
WHAP!!!!
Claws in the eye.
They use you then go on their merry kitten way with no remorse. All they think about is murder and getting slaves to bring them food and give them massages.

Anybody else have this impending sense of doom? Like we have started a chain of events that cannot be undone? That one day Tony/Dante's sister will show up on each of our front steps Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back style with the intent to put a good whuppin' on us?
or is that just heartburn?

Tony, no matter what your sister is like, your nephew is adorable. You can have plenty of fun with him too. Roughhousing, looking for bugs and animals, teaching him to hunt, that sort of thing. He's got good arms and could go into the military too. I bet he'll be strong. Your grandpa served honorably and I'm sure he can too, as well as you.
That reminds me of a friend who was in the 3rd Infantry Division. He was in Saddam's palaces and everything. He said being abroad and everything was one of the most satisfying experiences he's ever had. I don't know if you'll ever get deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan or anywhere, but I think you're doing well by being in the Army. When I was in undergrad I was assigned to mentor someone who was going on the GI Bill since we had the same major . He had stories to tell that I couldn't even begin to dream of. The only foreign country I've been to is Canada (was near the Mexican border but the border was closed) and I do want to go further abroad someday.

I find that's a Romanesque sounding name.
Why not try one that is more bragging/bravado like Biggus Dikus ~;)
Last day (ok night) for this film...I am so looking forward to getting my life back. Call times 5 pm

I gotta admit, it would be a lot of fun watching the sausage being made (movie-wise so to speak).
