Granted I was only in Canada once but it struck me as "America with less of the stuff that fucks America up."
Plus on the way out a bunch of us took pictures with a guy dressed as a lobster.

Watch something more addicting.
Like Firefly. Or Castle. Or anything else with Nathan Fillion in it.

I know. It sounds like every possible detective show that's been on TV for the past 10 years.

I realize it's only of the oldest tv clich'es out there but it can be done well. Take Bones for example. Pairing an F.B.I agent with a scientist who studies human remains. I'll buy that.
My mother reads the books the show is based on and apparently they changed the locale to work the F.B.I in. Imagine Borianez dressed as a mountie for a closer fit.
But in Castle, the guy is a mystery writer? The tag for the show says that his expereince in plotting murders helps solve crimes. The very fact that there are lots and lots of mystery writers shows that there innumerable personal slants that could be put in front of a crime and render his expertise null and void.

Yes, pretty much anything with Nathan Fillion in it. Alan Tudyk is also acceptable, but he is my celebrity boyfriend, and I do not share well.

Hey. How have you been?
Can we all agree with what Scott Tipton said a while back in that he would make a perfect Hawkeye? (It's at the bottom, but by all means read through it. And the rest of the stuff. Tipton is a master of nerd addictions.)

dealing with financial aid BS with my school. Dad told me to send letters to politicians. So, I have 5 letters ready to be sent. Been working a lot lately, which is good. Been tired, but can never get my sleeping pattern right. I tried going to bed early one night, but didnt fall asleep until late. Took a nap yesterday for only 2 hours, and was wired till 2am. It probably doesn't help that when the weekend comes I'm up till 3 or 4. ^_^

Possibly. But I was reading through some comments on Ryan Reynolds being cast as Hal Jordon and someone said Nathan Fillion would be a better Green Lantern.

Even though there were a lot of hook ups on that show the only one I'd really call mismatched would be Connie and Andy near the end.

Alan Tudyk is also very awesomeness, but I had a real hard time buying him as Alpha in Doll's House...I realize it wasn't a horribly LONG build, but it was enough of a build that I felt like the reveal should probably be of someone who just looked more "impressive" but maybe I'm just seeing it as like "why is the loveable goofball Wash now supposed to be a scary bad villian person?".
Also what did you have against Reaper D2K? I thought it was quite enjoyable and very realistic in the suckitude that is retail.

I had such a great time tonight with Leo...and his husband... and also my ex-husband, and his husband, and my husband Isaias.
We burned up letter from the Mormon Church that asked Leo and his husband to divorce if the LDS gave tgen money. And then made an evening out of it.
Money for divorce... just wow.
We saw Bruno (My second time) and then we went out to eat hot dogs at the Weinersnitchel (that has to be soooo Freudian.)
And beer... and champaign, the kind that tickles your nose and laugh.
And we were like, "We are so like the girls from Sex in the City."
And then we were like, "We're soooo like the girls from The Golden Girls."
I'm Samantha... and I'm Blanche Devereaux.
Oh man, I wonder if I'll ever get a divorce-for-money letter. I've heard of them a few times, but never received one.
You know, being an unconventional sort of person all my life had it's downs, and I've always been contrite just for the hell of it (it's almost impulsive, as if...) But then, I'm glad because straight couples can't really hang out as a group, and have these love triangles going on that's almost perfectly okay. And then burn up a letter, watch a movie, have a few drinks, and then laugh all about it.
I mean, I still miss Agustin (we were together for 9 years)------ ALTHOUGH I'm starting to realize how much I care for and feel more for Leo. And Isaias, my husband, feels the same way for Leo (we've all suddenly realized and joked in front of Leo's husband.) And Leo's husband, Tony, admitted he's been lusting for Agustin.
In normal circumstances, this is just drama like hell... but if it wasn't for the fact we were celebrating an individual victory at that moment... it seemed frivolous, like... we were okay with our errors and glad to make those errors again.
These are trying times, but at least we got friendship and love...
It's like Gay Midsummer's NIght Dream.
Maybe one day we'll wake up and finally be matched with the right partner. (With fairies be dancing in the horizon.)

It's not that Reaper is bad, per se... it is rather enjoyable. The problem is that everything it does, Chuck does better.
Also Adam Baldwin > Ray Wise

Now Dante, don't try to put untyped words (by me) into my comments
I never said anything about the English in general... I was very specific.
I have met more than 1 english woman in my life time that was more than good looking, tastey too !
Not that the french girls were all that bad either, or the black ones...or those pretty mulatto girls in the Dominican or those 2 vietnamese sisters I knew when I was in Montreal... I wish I knew where they were now !
