Perfect place to keep a cooler full of cold ones, or a cooler full of PGA and Hawaiian Fruit Punch with chunks of fruit thrown in the mix.
Chances are though if you gave that idea to Dante he'd tell you that the beer is all actually lava.

Agreed, but christ can that be hard. I've been trapped a few times into knowing I can't prove my point any further but still trying to just because I get so annoyed that the other guy is still spouting nonsense.
Also, yay at more sevenseize cleavage pics. Because I can never have enough of those :)

I've come to realize this lately, actually. Some of my arguments have been so bad that I'm letting my politics rest, with the occasional exception of a small quip.

I must confess this was my first thought as well. Actually, I couldn't exactly make out what the reflection was, maybe because this monitor is rather dark, I first noticed the arm.
HOWEVER, given that there are no tornadoes in my region, I'd like to ask why there is an arch in the bottom right corner of the clouds, and what a wall cloud is.
thnx

I´m actually working on a theory that suggests the Big Bang was actually just the and result of an epic flamewar started by two idiots trolling a forum reminiscent of the NG BBS.
I don´t know what to call it yet, but if I relate it to the string theory, chances are I will even get it published in a fancy magazine!
"The Negative Thread Force" sounds kinda nice though, doesn´t it? In this case two negative forces met and after the antiklimactic struggle that ensued when it became apparent that the two forces were on a collission course, vast amounts of energy was released, destroying all creation in an instant and subsequently restarting the whole thing a split second afterward. Makes perfect sense no?

WOW !
THat's great for you guy's .
Talking with my accountant today, & she said the talk at a recent Accountants Seminar, was about the financial crisis. Particularly about interest rates. They (the banking sector professionals) believe that with in the next 3 to 5 years interest rates by banks could get up to double digit's ! ! !
So get a good rate, even if its flaoting with the ability to lock it in written right into the agreement .
Best of luck to you & your hubby on your new big toy .
double digit rates ! ! ! I guess we all knew it would be us , who's going to be paying for this financial
mess we had nothing to do with !

If anybody's curious, this is our new house. We probably won't keep the pool, and the ugly wallpaper and shag carpet has to go. The kitchen is small but serviceable, and eventually will be expanded into one of the dining areas.
By this time next year I hope to be well on my way to a self-sustaining fishpond.

Fixed rate, 5.25% at the original pre-approval, may actually end up lower.

Would you believe I actually got a refund check from the people the magazine salesman works for?
Hopefully this is all over. The only way it wouldn't be is if the check were bogus. I doubt it, though--it came from Bank of America and not some weird bank down the street. Of course, they spelled my last name wrong, which made endorsing it a little difficult. My last name gets butchered a lot, though. Maybe because it's Polish?
I also got stir crazy today and went out for awhile once I finished my errands. I probably shouldn't have--now I'm a bit headachy. Overall, I feel better, but I know I still need to take it easy for a bit. I know I won't be hiking again for at least a week.

Good! (I think, not so sure what Americans consider a low interest rate).
My dad lobbyied the government with a group of other people with mortgages, and he managed to have his variable interest rate to have a 15% top. That's excellent, BADLAR (the rate the mortgage was based on, plus a premium) had skyrocketed from 8% to 23%.
At 5/11/09 07:40 PM, RydiaLockheart wrote: Would you believe I actually got a refund check from the people the magazine salesman works for?
Glad it (hopefully) turned out ok, Rydia.
Maybe because it's Polish?
Ausom!
There's so much polish immigration where I come from, that my cousins (who live where I come from), don't use the word "blonde", but "Polish".

Nice. Close enough to the woods to feel like you're out in the country, and by my guess... close enough to the city to still be part of the suburbs? If I absolutely HAD to live in a burb, yours is the way I'd go.
One day, I want to buy a nice piece of flatland out in the middle of nowhere, and build a copy of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre house. Clicky.

After I heard about this story earlier this morning from a coworker, I went by Wal-Mart and picked up a five round box of these, and I'm leaving the shotgun fully loaded for the next few nights. The guy that told me this is pretty much doin gthe same with his 9mm. So yeah... this is one of the few times in my life where I feel that my paranoia is justified.
