Yeah, classes are on the regular week. The school is Worcester Polytechnic in Massachusetts. It's a nice school, but unfortunately guys outnumber girls 2:1, so I'm going to have to wear my gold Star Trek uniform and ask girls if they want to see the Captain's log.

Too bad. Wish siblings would get along better. My sis and I are kinda leaving on a sour note, she's leaving to UCLA in about a week.

Dude, seriously. In the origional show the captain wore red. In the next generation, which the uniform your picture was from, security wore yellow and the command staff wore red. Jean Luc Picard wore red.

With so much free porn on the net, I wonder if people even buy Playboy for it's porn...
Unless it's some famous person, or even the "freaks" (such as Chyna and one of the women that Clinton had an affair... or the women persecuting him in court.)
Yeah--
That Chyna issue was just... blah.

The pictures in playboy are so tastefully done that I don't know if I would even call it porn of any kind. Maybe it's just because I live in the internet age where it's so easy to see stuff that just makes playboy look innocent by comparison. I mean the pictures in playboy are clearly meant to be in a sexual nature but at the same time it's all so, for the lack of a better word, clean.

Yeah, I've heard the 2 "New Songs", Death is Not the End and Vulturous... which both kinda suck imo... on youtube... but just recently I've gotten to hear the Day That Never Comes and Cyanide which I thought were pretty damn good. You can see the actual video of The Day That Never Comes on their Myspace page (if it doesn't destroy your internet like it did mine).
So far, I like the last of those three the most. The sound is more reminiscent of a cross between vintage Metallica meets Load-era Metallica. Some metal-heads may groan at that thought, but it actually sounds pretty good.... and which would you rather see? Another St. Anger, or another Re/Load?
I, unlike most Metallica elitists, actually liked Load and Reload. Granted they weren't the thrash that was Master and Justice, but they had some really good music regardless. I think I could stomach like 2 songs from St. Anger... and those only by a little.
That said, I'm really starting to get stoked over the new album.

I was gunna say, Kirk wore the greenish-yellow... but Picard would seriously gut Kirk and probably use the tallow to wax his head, chest and ass. TNG >TOS

Flip-flops for the shower, quarters for the laundromat, ID for the bar.
Quiet area to STUDY, voice recorder for lectures, skates or longboard for transportation.
ABUSE THE FOOD HALL PRIVILEGES and talk to a new person every day.
Know who you are and have goals, or prepare for a crazy ride.
Keep your word; it's all you really have.

Not necessary each dorm has 2 showers
quarters for the laundromat,
Simple enough
ID for the bar.
I don't drink
Quiet area to STUDY,
I can zone things out easily enough
voice recorder for lectures,
Not really necessary for me
skates or longboard for transportation.
Got my bike
ABUSE THE FOOD HALL PRIVILEGES
Yeah, that is a good idea for me, with the amount of food I eat every day
and talk to a new person every day.
Good idea, I've always been the quite type, need to get more outgoing
Know who you are and have goals, or prepare for a crazy ride.
My goals are to get my generals done and then decide what out of the 4 things I have in mind that I want to major in.

Per floor, or per wing? The dorms where I'd stayed usually had 2-3 for every 10-15 students, but one dorm had a row of showers in a lockerroom set-up that got NASTY as the year rolled on. Flip-flops were a must for the lockerroom-type shower... piss and jizz and puke on a regular basis.
You're probably staying at a better location :)
ID for the bar.I don't drink
They pay big $$$ for IDs that pass muster, but drinking (or just going to the bar) is hard to avoid. Not a necessity though, I guess.
Quiet area to STUDY,I can zone things out easily enough
Campus libraries are usually serene, but they fill fast. I know I'm probably sounding parental here, but having a dependably peaceful place to dive in is essential to bringing out your best.
voice recorder for lectures,Not really necessary for me
Good note-taking skills are irreplacable. Some professors just beg to be recorded, either because their accents are too heavy to be repeating themselves every other sentence, or the hop around and don't present themselves in a manner conducent to conventional note-taking tactics.

It'll get stolen.

POUND THE SHIT OUTTA THAT PLACE.

It's like 1st grade all over again, when ya never know anything about the people you'll be spending your time around.. only now people have grown into their skins and know what they like and dislike in friends and acquaintances. Cook-out events and concerts are central to the college experience.
Know who you are and have goals, or prepare for a crazy ride.My goals are to get my generals done and then decide what out of the 4 things I have in mind that I want to major in.
Awesome. Don't get discouraged, and remember you can double- and triple-major if you've got the time, money and patience to tool yourself up in the most efficient manner possible. Good luck, I hope you get a sweet RA.

The dorms on campus are more apartment like, each dorm has three rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, some dorms get 6 people, others get 3 people, I will be one with 3 people
