Just registered for third year of courses.
I managed to get all of the courses that I needed for fall term in a mere 27 hours of class per week.
Ah well, at least there's no nine hour days like last year, with the exception of the occasional possibility of an eleven hour Wednesday in the winter term.

I got 16 hours a week. w00t! But it was the first term. This term, I'm not so sure :\

I heard a commercial on the radio a few days ago where a car dealership said that with their gas plan you could drive an suv like it got 40 miles per hour. From any real sake isn't that the more horriffic thing possible?
From an economic standpoint, no don't save money. Capitalize on the deal by driving. From an enviromental standpoint, fuck the enviroment. Just be a big, bad American and consume, consume, consume.

How many idjits will continue to create "American Football vs. Rugby" threads? It seems like they'll never realize that these sports each have different sets of rules, making them tough in their own way regardless of what they wear.

I know what you mean, they allow straight arming, clotheslining...I think the only thing they frown on is holding you down & gouging out your eyes. But if they can pop it out without holding you down I think they're ok with that too.
I wonder what your IQ has to be to play that game !

That's clearly fake - a G-Wiz can't do 40mph going downhill on a windy day with morbidly obese people in all seats.

This is assuming that even a single morbidly obese man could fit in it.
Seriously, for the same (or even a lower) price, you could buy a decent used car. You know, one that is safe.

All those things are pretty much just precautions. I've only ever seen one guy get airlifted off a rugby pitch. Rugby is a pretty safe game if you play the rules right.

Do you think ESPN's Jeremy Green rated the Giants' running game low on purpose so many people will read his crap like everything written by Mike Lupica? He can't be serious.

Happy 9th of July everyone! :D
Our Glacier broke for the first time during winter (Global Warming?)
The Senate is currently discussing the rejection, modification, or confirmation of export retentions to soy and other agricultural goods, after being lightly modified by the Deputies with 129 votes for and 122 against, after a 19h session. Politicians pulling all nighters, working on holidays and Saturdays! TEH EDN IS NEER.
As you might not know, there is a special mass given by the Bishop every 9th of Julyin which the President and his(in this case her) family attends; the Bishop usually talks about the country, and how things are going, etc. We've had this mass since 1850, and the President wanted to abolish it, but she decided not to in the end.
The main labor union, the CGT(General Worker's Central) has an internal conflict, and divided itself.
And I finished reading 402 pages worth of Microeconomics, although there were some exercises I could not do, because I lack the Math knowledge.
Anyways, no politieks in da lounge.

They had an interview with someone from the Giants on the radio today. Check where I live. And afterwards the host said that while it sucks that we lost it was one of the best super bowls of all time.
Now I'm not a huge sports guy but I watched the game and never thought the inability of anyone on either side to catch a thrown football made for a great game. Was it a great game the same way people keep saying Bush won by a high margin?

It was a great game considering that the Giants defense were able to neutralize the Patriots' offense that have scored over 500 points in the regular season for most of the game and that includes five sacks. Also remember the comeback that happened at the final quarter as well at the final minute of the game.
There's also one more thing, the Patriots are the same team caught videotaping their opponent's defensive stragedy to gain advantage which raises suspicion for a while and the fact that the commissioner decides to nuke the evidence made it worse.

1. From what I've heard they were just the team that got caught taping.
2. Yeah, I still kind of think you need actual good playing to make a good game. Call me old fashioned.

Interesting part regarding the Giants' defense is that while they ranked 17th due to over 350 points allowed, they were also 4th on preventing yards gained against so they are difficult to run against. If it weren't for the first two games, it'll probably ranked a little higher. Then there's that league leading 53 sacks as well.

I was walking through the house earlier when I saw that my brother was watching a re-run of Home Improvement on TBS. The episode was from one the last few seasons, where Mark (the youngest son of the Taylor family) turned into a Goth-Rocker.
I noticed that in this particular episode, Mark had on a rock t-shirt, for the band Sentenced. A quick google search later, and I have now found a pretty good new band to listen to. Clicky.
