You must take into account the fact I played a treble recorder which is like 3 times bigger than a normal recorder so I was considered pretty LEET.
But I was still just a recorder player *cries*

Jeez, Shrike is really mean tonight =P
We were all required to play recorder in 3rd grade. Is there any worse kind of concert than a hundred 3rd graders with recorders? Yikes!

LOL
It's still a recorder. Anyway, I had to play one of those when I was a kid, too, so don't feel too bad. I think I still have it around here, somewhere.
*contemplates the deranged mind that would make an even BIGGER recorder*
But I was still just a recorder player *cries*
awww, there there.

Where can I report the big bad nasty Shrike for being nasty to me. I will tell them that he had been very nasty to me and he has made me cry *cries*
Death to the recorder, my mother was my music teacher in grade school.
And I played the flute in high school, I played a school concert once and one in a nursing home.

About as "amusing" as the topical "debates" we get on Ceefax. You know the idea, Right-Wing Drivel with no factual backup, mainly based around the fact the Left are all hippies, who tend to whine a lot. Mostly because they're WRONG.
Well it cheers me up anyway. cause I can always say... "aww man my life can't get any worse!!! oh no wait I could be that guy "
I have a list to say that about. Or just tell other people about their HILARIOUS titbits that are so unbelievably factless it becomes satire above self-parody.

Whats so bad about Punk, sure he may be hypocritical sometimes, but who of us hasnt been at some point? Every single person has been a hypocrit at somepoint in their life and you are no exception. Punk paid his dues for being a hypocrit, and he has paid his due here. Rather than attacking Punk himself, which is relatively easy, why not attack his arguements and try to disprove what he argues. Its easy to attack a person, anyone can do that, just ask JImsween. It takes thinking and a brain too take apart some ones arguement.

Flute? You need to play an instrument that has some coolness (is that a word) with it.
Tenor Sax
Electric Guitar (Guess who's got a Les Paul: ME!)
Jazz Piano
Now that's a good combination. Get any girl's kit off with those :P

I have to agree. Take serious issues that don't involve n00bs, moderators, goats or concerts somewhere else.
But come to think of it, 75% of the posts in this thread are out of the blue anyways.

Ethos is apparent ethics, or respect. If you have ethos, people take you for your word, instead of considering you a flaming bastard.
Ad Hominem attacks (I stole it from Dr. Arbitrary) are personal insults used as opposed to actual logical arguments. The idea is to destroy the ethos of your opponent as opposed to developing your own (the implication being you lack the intelligence and speaking ability to create your own ethos).
