I didn't say no - I believe my exact words were "Are you fucking kidding me?" Swiftly followed by words such as "police", "social services", "illegal", and "negligent." She took the hint, shall we say - and I alerted friends of mine that work locally just in case.

I had that with my debit card. they sent me like 8 letters. one telling me it's been processed another saying my pin has been processed etc... eventually I got the card with a note saying my pin will be on it's way in a couple of weeks.

though in this case, the letter with my pin came with it in the same batch of mail, it was like two letters down. nice security.
