Kids! Did you know that in Colombia, the consumer dose of pot is one pound, and its market value is approx. 75 US cents each? Coke-wise, the dose is three grams and is worth somewhere between 5 and 15 US dollars depending on the current situation of the market.
That's what I learnt yesterday.
Also, Martin Heidegger sucks monkey cock.

Yeah, it's always amazing to look at how much that stuff is valued when you get it directly from the source. It's like running across a wholesaler's catalog for merchandise... if people knew that's how much a retailer paid for a certain good, there would be riots in the street.
I know a guy who got a killer deal on a custom Gibson ES-335 guitar (similar to the one B.B. King plays), and he was able to get it at wholesale for what the music dealer paid for it because the guy who custom ordered it never picked it up, and the dealer just needed to get rid of it. I think he wound up paying like $200 for the guitar, and this was back in the late 70's early 80's no less. That's up around $500 and some change in today's market, once you factor in inflation.

Something that I've found works well is jumping rope. It may seem juvinile but fucking boxers do it. Plus it's a lot harder than it looks.

Heather and I took out a canoe today for 4 hours. We got dropped off at one place, went through the channels and locks to come back into the lake that's right in the middle of town. It was a fun trip. we used SPF55 sun block.

it was an awesome Kevlar canoe. 42lbs (most canoes weigh about 60 or so pounds) I like picking them up and carrying them around, since it's quite easy. makes me feel strong. I mean, I can handle the heavier canoes fine alone as well, but they start to dig into my shoulders after a while, even with yoke pads

I went out to lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in forever. We had pizza at UNO and smoked some of my new candela cigars and shot the breeze for hours. It was nice.
Then I got an origami book at the craft store and went to Don Pablo's. I had mahi mahi tacos, cornmeal spoonbread, and a nice big margarita.
And there's a purring cat on my lap.
Best day off in a while.

Hi everyone...
Mexico is fun. I hurt my knee real bad when I was playing soccor... but everywhere, it´s jagged rock and old glass.
I came back from Acapulco, after we stayed for a day. Spoke with my friend Anahi for a while. Didn´t go to the beach, it was business... will return very soon on the 4th of July. I can´t be there without sticking out like a sore thumb-- all the vendors call me Whitey in Spanish crying for me to buy their stuff. One woman pratically tried to drag me to her restaurant, while the other held on good on my other hand. They were argueing who made the best shrimp coctail (Which I ordered...)
My godson is very cute. I can tell he´s going to be a VERY handsom man who will be very tall. Taller than both his parents. He has his mother´s face (and she´s very beautiful) but his eyes are more like his fathers... almond shaped but larger.
What I dislike about here is that everyone drinks Coke. They have my godson addicted to it already. His first three words are my name, three in spanish... and Coca. And they actually use it as a sort of medicine.

My sweetie says the same thing. Fortunately, we both prefer Coke. XD It's all Pepsi up here, so a lot of places only serve that. I have to buy my own if I want Coke, normally.
According to my sweetie, one year there was a Super Bowl party he had to buy stuff for. His dad sent him out for Coke. He was out of luck, because at every store he went to, the Coke was gone, but all the Pepsi was still on the shelves. He finally compromised and bought RC Cola.

I drink whichever of the major colas is cheaper at the time. With market fluctuations it could be either at a given time and variety is the spice of life. But I will say this, cola tastes best from a can. I don't know why but it's crisper.
And as for sevens baby bottle comment, to quote jeff foxworthy (fuck you, he's funny) "I beleive that if you show me a 3 year old in his underwear drinking coca cola out of a baby bottle I'll show you a future nascar fan."

Holy crap. I been watching Battlestar Galactica on this site called Stage 6 (awesome site) and good lord, it is a fucking awesome show.
Far better than those shows on HBO, the Deadwoods, Rome, Sopranos, etc. etc. FAR FUCKING BETTER. I have heard some people talk about how it was a good show and saw that Time Magazine said it was like the best show of 2005 but I thought it was just some nerd show. Holy fucking crap. The ending to the season 3 was probably the best show I have ever seen. No joke. I seriously am not joking one bit, the best show I have seen, period.
Watch that shit if you get a chance. I promise you will not regret it. And it touches on so many parallel topics in the real world that we see now. . . well, the writing is just amazing to put it simply.
I cant believe such an amazing show is on the SciFi network. Well, they got a couple of good shows, I like that Eureka one also (another good show). I implore you to watch it.

yeah but on the commercial today I saw both a steriotypical black guy saying to "bring it" (not a suggested method against giant robots) and that guy who hosted the web junk show. He plays a dj, so you know they'll be lots of comic relief in the middle of the giant robot fight. *imatation of particular guy and not black profiling* Theres a block on i90 this morning and on the freeway is a BIG ASS ROBOT. DAMN.
