Huh... posted without me pushing the button.
But anyways...
I've always formed special bonds with men. Fraternal love and all... Never with my husband, through-- that started out sexual. Then romantic.
No fraternality, but that's okay. That would be weird if we became friends and then tried to get together.
The only brothers I feel that are mine are my cousins... and foremost is Carlitos in Mexico City. We're second cousins, but people think we're brothers because we get along really well... even when we fought once, it was okay.
And I guess with Frenchy-Spanish dude Reno too... Even though the thing we had was like a "fling" (innocent at that)-- we've become friends. And still email each other (albiet in bad Spanish, but understandable to each other.)
Anyways, don't feel bad Proteas.
You know that men have a macho image thing going on often.
He's afraid people think he's gay if they see two guys going to a theater which is often associated as a place for romantically linked couples.

Oh, and if anyone's interested, my hair is no longer #35 Molten Lava, but #66 Chocolate Velvet, which is the closest match to my natural hair color.
Got tired of keeping up the redhead attitude. That hair color comes with expectations.

Don't you think that having the same sig would make it too obvious?

could you elaborate on the 'redhead attitude' & expectations.
I'm seeing a girl with red hair (naturally occuring) , she's intelligent, funny, and I've never experienced a more sexual person. She's is kind & caring a real friend along with everything else.
Is that what you meant by 'redhead attitude' ?
We started seeing each other in Sept, & moved in to my house (well mine & the banks) in Dec.2006. I have to say it still seems like we've just met, things seem almost too good, but hey! I'm not complaining, just wondering about your comment.

I only bleach my hair before I put another color on top. Latest color was Special Effects "Blue-haired Freak" which was not a very good color for me. It looks much better now that it's faded. Up next I think is "Candy Pink" again.

I did "Electric Lizard" in high school. Looked pretty cool, although as it started to fade it got very yellow and looked funky. Then in college I dyed it turquoise, but without bleaching it, so it was this interesting combination that you could only tell was unusual in good light. That was kind of fun.
I neglected to think about the fact that previously-dyed hair absorbs a lot more color than undyed hair. I should have chosen a slightly lighter color or given it less time. Today my hair is a truly dark brown color, almost blue-tinged in places.
Pic.
I don't dislike it, but it's certainly not the same as my natural hair color. It'll fade, though.

This is one of those few times I'm glad to be who I am. What hair I have requires minimum matienence and unless I'm selfless enough to try and grow it long enough to donate again and be flirted with by that girl at the front counter who I'm now pretty sure was just drumming up business it'll stay as such.

Through this years I have learned that my hair has a stronger will than I do. Now, it has decided to commit suicide, so screw you genetics.

my aunt is a beautician and she saw me today and started groping at my hair and calling me a hippie (its growing out again) and mentioned i should just grow it real nice and long and donate it to locks of love. so maybe i will, it'd be a good reason for having it long that some employers might not really mind, as long as it's charity, ;)

My hair is my hair.
It's a light brown and it's just a generally normal hair style.
It grows a wee bit long(it starts to cover my ears and eyes) and then I cut it.
Looking at my dad, I may inherit bad fat genetics, but I'll have hair till I die.

I really don't know what I'm gonna do. I'm still not 100% certain that it is falling off, but both my grandfather and father are bold, but since my hair is like my mother's (black, wavy and thick), I thought I had a chance, and that my brother would have to face genetics, since his hair is like my father's (thin and brown). But well, here I am, undecided and caught by surprise.

They say that baldness passes on the mother's side anyway. Then again, that's only one kind of baldness. Who knows.

That is the phrase right now: Who knows.

I still don't know, my hair has been falling more that usual, I find it in my desk, my folders, my books, my keyboard.
Thanks anyway for your support :)

i think it'll start to blend or look like that puky purply color you always get from mixing all of the water colors together...
i had teal hair once because i wanted green and my hair had been bleached (which made it yellow by then) and we mixed some light blue with a bleachy thing expecting it to sort of turn greenish because of the yellow....but it turned teal (i happened to really like the original color but as it began to fade, it looked like i had explosive diarrhea on my head)
