If you ever have the chance go and see it, it's a well crafted peice of work, Dante is not such a whinger this time round.
Also I think that I am in love with Rosario Dawson.

I'm Canadian, so it would be a provincial/university thing. Well, I'm holding the equivalent of a 3.9ish GPA, so I qualify for a guaranteed entrance scholarship of about one thousand Canadian dollars. Also, it turns out that student services in my school only requested a certain scholarship resume to be sent to them by the 29th for a specific scholarship. I had thought it was for something they would pass around, or something, so I'm now freaking out 30% less than before. Weeeeee

Hm. The plan is to major in electronics engineering, but this actually got me thinking about study of literature and media, too. I wonder what kind of jobs there are centering on a bachelor's like that...

Yeah, deadbeatz are our friends and stuff. I didn't battle in that one, but it was fun to watch. I think that's the one where both crews start doing a routine together? Anywho, when we get together, we form a "super crew" called IKOV (ill kinds of vibe).
We're hands down the best in Michigan, and I'm not being conceited or arrogant when I say that either.
We rent out rooms wherever we can to host events and stuff. A few have been at Church halls just because they're big enough.
We're tryin to get a charity event goin soon and prolly gonna rent out a room at a local high school or college. Dunno what charity we're gonna give to yet....
Last charity even we did we gave $$ to Red Cross after Hurricane Katrina.
Good times!

One of my cats, Charlie, died this morning. We had taken her to the vet Monday because she was breathing abnormally--she had a lot of fluid built up in her lungs--the vet said she might have gotten hit by a car or fell out of a tree or something. They drained some fluid out of her lungs, but she died in my arms this morning.
I'll miss you girl. :(

We had to drag my last cat out of a drainage ditch. The way we found it was by the smell. He was assuredly hit by a car. Best damn cat ever, too. Hands down.

Ohhhhhh---
I feel real bad for you. I know it's an animal... but people who own pets don't view them as simply "animal" but as family.
I have 4 ringneck doves... 2 whites and 1 orange and 1 "wild." (The one that was found by my friend.)
When my White ones get sick (they are old ladies now...)
I actually panic and take them to the vet. Last year Noel got egg bound and it's very dangerous for female birds. And then she had a cloaka prolapse, which means that part of her intestines were sticking out of her body... She was in pain, so you know how bad I worried about her. I mean, I made sure I had the whole family CONSTANTLY looking at her and applying a salt water solution on her "birdie butt" whenever she pooped.
Those were two very long weeks...
Well, I hope that you'll feel better and that you'll be okay.

aww... She looks so sweet. I love animals. My cat that I had since seventh grade got killed last year and I'll admit it, I cried like a baby.
Last year my neices dog accedently nipped her but it looked a lot worse than it was and for a while it seemed they had to put her down. Everyone knows how pets become family, well Sassy became extended family, she has grandparents, cousins and the whole deal. When I heard the news I was on my knees crying. I mean I wanted to protect both of them but if it came to a choice there was no contest.
I'm sorry for both your losses. This is why I haven't been able to have a pet since childhood.

Pets give children the scope of life in a short while. Birth, introduction, friendship, and, unfortunately but necessary, death. I had a German Shepherd that died when I was 7. I miss her, but she was old. Just remember, things die, but they don't stop existing.

Yeah. I'm gonna miss the lil' rascal. I'm just glad I was there with her; it's a whole lot more comforting to know that I was with her and did everything I could. It's much more excruciating when you find your cat hit by a car, or even worse, just disappear forever.
My family has already resolved not to have any more pets, because it's just so hard when you lose one, especially when you've had them for so long. My sister has a cat who will turn 21 next summer, roughly equivalent to a 95 year old human.

I get into shows free now. Apparently one of my OLD lead singers is in a band called Pavillion 9, formerly known as DeadFall, and their bass player is myspace friends with my lead singer. The short and skinny is that I got to be a mosh pit ringer, which is possibly the most fun thing, EVER.
The show was at the New Daisy. Steve Vai played there. For the less educated, so did Alanis Morrisette in her hey-day, as well as Gwar and a slew of other great well known bands. Basically, it's the biggest music only venue in Memphis.
The bad news is I totally have a black eye and bruised ribs now (I feel lucky, my bassist took a concrete curb/step/riser/audience rake terrace/thing to the back, and it fucked him up a little. We're stilly gigging the Rally Point tonight, though. I may have pictures of my black eye later.
I may have pictures of the Rally Point gig later too. We'll see. I've been too busy for internetting lately, though.
