I'm personally deep into German metal and hard rock. Rammstein, Laibach etc. Good shit, but I can't understand a word they are saying. Although I understand parts of Te quiero puta. Translated, it means, I love you whore.

Well, I've seen them live twice; both times they set themselves on fire.

The second time they weren't far off from setting the crowd alight too...

My music tastes have changed as my social life has....as you said there's nothing better than a good strong riff to mosh out too, but I go out very little anymore, mostly get stoned with my mates....thus the reggae...

I cannot stomach dance music. Dance music has one purpose, for women to make us dance. If you dance willingly odds are you're there for other dudes. Sometiems i just want to sneak up behind those djs and club them with a guitar. Ironically it would sound better than if I tried to play it. All dance remixes sound the same to me.
I'll demonstrate. play a song you wish to dance remix. Wait a couple seconds and then start going "do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do" Works every time.

How likely would I be to get banned for posting a topic called "every drug topic" where the only messege was "wah, wah, I want pot."? If challenged I am ready to say I have science that shows it's slightly safer than jamming poisen into your arm.

Please don't.

As to the whole annukai descendant/anti-noob/the-stink deal, I was under the assumption he was a general forum regular just over here to give people to a good ribbing. It took me a while to verify that it was in fact dranigus, then he disappeared. So meh.

I hate to bitch, but I don't think your user name is entirely grammatically correct. In English, "American" can refer to both an adjective form or a person from America, as in "American car" and "a proud American". In German however, the "-isch" is only used in the adjective form for certain words. I think the correct translations are "Amerikanische Auto", but "ein Stolzer Amerikaner". So yeah, "Stolz&Amerikanisch" or "StolzUndAmerikanisch" would be correct, but just like "Stolzer-Vermögend" would translate to "Proud rich" instead of "Proud and rich", I think Stolzer-Amerikanisch isn't completely right.

So yeah, I think "Stolzer-Amerikaner" would be the best translation of "Proud-American". But then again, I'm not German so I'm just relying on what I've been taught in High School. Just trying to help :)

Correct. But his name still makes sense, just gotta think of it as not having a noun.

It's kinda like any other double-adjective name.

Meh, I guess. In my opinion, "Proud-Poor" and "Proud-Metallic" just don't have the same ring to them as "Proud-and-Poor" or "Proud-and-Metallic". But it's all opinion in the end, maybe it's like Tal-con's old user name "Grammar", could make it original.

Given a little loose translation, Stolzer Amerikanisch means Proudly of America, a decent descriptor for a username IMHO.

Yet we still call him Tal-con ;)

Okay, you may have a point. The sole combination Stolzer Amerikanisch may be uncommon in German, but people know what message he's trying to get across. So in the end it describes what he feels to be an outstanding characteristic of his personality.

Yet we still call him Tal-con ;)

Heh, it always happens. One can change his name a hundred times but people will still know him by the name they first saw him use.

wha....?

You know what I hate about being a business major at the local community college? All the same bullshit is reinterated over and over again ad nauseum no matter what class your taking. Same bs, just a different aspect of it. Why do I need to know and understand what the basic defintion of a business is and who the stakeholders are in that business during the course of an accounting class? Didn't we cover that once each during Intro to Business, Intro to Marketing and Supervisory Principles? BLAGH.

Welcome to my life.

Roman and Greek history doesn't change. And all psychology is pretty much the same.

Today in Intro Psych we'll look at the Milgram experiment.

Today in Cognitive psych we'll discuss the implications of authority in Milgram's experiment.

Today in Social Psych we'll look at the social situation of the Milgram experiment.

The advantage to that is classes tend to get easier (despite higher levels), since you already have covered all the same shit before in previous classes.

Yay, kill me now.

I have to have a minimum of 65 credit hours in order to get my associate's degree. I wonder how many hours that would wind up being if they cut out all the b.s. reinteration?

I also wonder how much money I would have saved.

*shakes head*

My bro ordered a James Root of Slipknot mask for Halloween, and it came today via Fed Ex. Since he wasn't home to recieve it, I was halfway tempted to put it on, dress up in black, and take pictures of myself with my guitar. Somehow he managed to find a site that sold industrial jumpsuits, and he's got a black mechanic's outfit for $16 coming soon. This ought to be interesting.

What's the point of wearing a mask if you also wear other things?
