The Newgrounds Highschool
experience the bullsht all over again.

Yes, the NGHS. The reason for this club is very simple- for NG users to argue, talk, start controversy, and run fads. Members can start miniclubs, join school activities, and such. School staff and teachers will be chosen upon later, just show maturity for the time being. Below is a list of different things that members of the highschool can participate in.

Note that to take a certain class, you must advace from it's previous. For example, you must take English 1 before taking English 2, so on. This is an exception for electives.
To finish a class you must start an active conversation about a class related subject. The teacher will then approve that you have passed.

Petitioning

If there is a club, sport, or class that you would like to see added to the NGHS curriculum, then you have the student right to petition to have it added. To petition you must gain atleast 20 approvals from other NGHS students and it will be put into action, and go under observance of the NGHS staff. If they approve it, you have started a new activity or class!

If you want to be a teacher, please choose a class ASAP and I will put you under approval stage. Chances are you will most likely get the class you want to teach if you ask quickly. Same goes for choosing classes.

Students may only choose one class for each "subject" each year. For example, one class under the subject of "english and writing". To finish a year in the school, you must pass all your classes. Once all your teachers pass you, you become the next year and have to choose all new classes.

Teachers jobs are to keep all discussion about a class under control, pass students, and are basically the "moderators" of the school. If you go against any rules of the club, the teachers have the right to reinforce them and suspend you or expel you from the school.

School Rules

-No loidering in the halls. *spamming*
-No insulting fellow students. *flaming*
-No yelling loudly in the halls or in class. *all caps posts*
-Follow the rules of the school board. *follow ngbbs rules*

And don't do anything you wouldn't do infront of your parents or that you think you might get suspended or expelled for. If you follow those rules, you are sure to become a good and popular student at the NGHS.

I also forgot to note, that the sports and clubs/assemblies also need leaders. This school is as student friendly as possible, so follow the process.

Coach's and Club leaders

If you want to become a coach or club leader, simply follow the same process as teachers. Call the club or sport you would like to lead.

Coach's jobs are to help out fellow sport participants, enforce the school rules, and share the same sporting interests as the team.

Club leaders jobs are to lead and start dicussions related to the clubs, enforce the school rules, and start activities for the club members such as picnics, field trips, and "days" in which the club does something different then other days. Clubs are never complete, and you can stay in a club throughout all your years here, no need to restart.

Highschool Dropouts

If you get tired of posting here, or no longer want to be a NGHS student, you can become an NGHS highschool by quitting your fix. Just make a slightly large post stating that you are leaving, and why. Just note that if you dropout, you can no longer graduate unless you decide to come back. You have to wait 10 days to restart at the year you were doing after you dropout, no coming "right back".

Diploma

If you complete all your courses and your 4 years at NGHS, then you will get your highschool diploma. It will be an image of a diploma with your name, saying that you completed NGHS. Keep this in a folder somewhere, for it could come in handy if there is ever an NG University. If there is, you will need the diploma to enter college.

Teachers basically have discussions about their class subject with their students. You also have the right to enforce rules and suspend/expel students. And you have to pass students and see what your students do to make sure they fail or pass a class.

I will choose personally the four teachers for the 4 classes that freshman need to take. Then if you show maturity and such, and follow the rules, you can be brought up to a teacher before graduating.

Physics is a sophomore class. So if they just listen to their teacher and pass biology (start a successful discussion or bring up a question and prove a thesis) then they can take physics. You can literally pass a class in one post if you know enough to state a question and prove a thesis.

Modern History is a sophomore class, you can still teach an empty club or sport, but until someone is a sophomore those are the only things available.
