It should have, they have loads of music on vgmusic or whatever, and click on the mushroom kingdom.net link to get all the mario games' sounds that they have collected over the years.
Use your eyes, it has what you are looking for AFAIK...

No. All the sites don't give you files you can't use. Most of the sites either give you MP3 or Wav. Some give you winzip/winrar files which you will need to unzip before use. In the case of midi files all you need is a converter.
