how to you add pics from MS paint to newgrounds topics? whenever i try to submit a pic from MS paint, it shows an error and it says that the picture has to be in JPEG format or something like that. but yet i hear from ng users that they use MS paint to make their pics. help would be appreciated. thank you.

File > Save As > Save As Type > Then choose either .GIF, or .JPEG.

No offence to you , but I suggest you get Flash. It is so much easier and better.

Yeah. Also, Flash would be just a waste of money if you're just drawing circles and cross hairs.

If you're willing to spend a few hundred bucks. Jasc Paint Shop Pro has enough functionality for a wide variety of user skills and costs considerably less.

I agree, although Photoshop does give you your money's worth.

yes i would rather have paint to make my pics rather than buy flash. ( i always make my sigs wit panit 2 i take real pic and put it in to a sig.)
