i like sigs like x-factors, that kind of flash of style catches my eye more,
but it's very clear that you guys are improving which is very interesting to watch.

there is no "special" program. you can do it directly on flash, you could use photoshop. you can really use anything... even paint.
as long as it's in the right file type and dimensions.

I know but in all the special sigs there are these really good special effects that i know you couldnt do in flash.
