hl2 i teh r0x0rz! (kidding, so please don't blind me with flaming) but yeah cutting zombies in half with saws launched by the gravity gun never gets tiring. plus, it's in insanely high quality graphics, so you can enjoy killing zombies in glorious high resolution.

Final Fantasy series, Halo 1 and 2, Disgaea (and I'll probably like the 2nd one too), La Pucelle tactics, Star Wars KOTOR 1 and 2 (though I thought the 1st was better), X-Men Legends 1 and 2, Morrowind (and probably Oblivion soon too, lol), Maplestory, Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2, Fable, Hulk; Ultimate Destruction, Soul Calibur III, Destroy all humans, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, the Metal Gear Solid series, and that's about it, for now.
