Pitch change in Reason 2006-09-01 20:20:55 Reply

Hello!
Is there a way to change the pitch in Reason so that the pitch covers more than a single note. Ex. when you make the pitch change, it goes from 0 to -8192 which is basically covering the whole length of one note. I need to make the pitch cover a span of notes, so if this is possible, please tell.

Sorry if this is confusing, but it is the best I can do!

Click on the blue controller button beside the automation button. Then find the pitch wheel section. It will be in a different place depending on the module you're using. For the Malstrøm it's near the bottom. I doubt this helps. Anyways, good luck. I've been using Reason for 6 years and I'm not that good at explaining things so you're better off here.

Strangely i just tried using this today for the first time. Change the polyphony of the notes to the maximum desired amount of semitones away, and then pitch bend accordingly. Ie today i changed it to two steps, and on the automation set it to full down for 2 steps down and half way for 1 step.
