Thanks Doc. Well, I want the cape to flow a bit slower than the hair maybe three or four frames. As for the lining here is an example of the inside of the cape along with the animation sheet you can use. You can e-mail me whenever, its the same one from my profile.

Thanks. I've downloaded the image to my desktop. Give me a few days to see what I can come up with since it's not only simply animating the cape, but creating the back of Alucard's body that will be revealed when the cape is flapping horizontally. Hopefully I don't muck it up too badly. ;)

Before I go further with the madness sprites. I have to warn ya there mostely gonan be similar to this. http://www.freewebs.com/x5z/untitled.PNG It's not really easy to make a sprite that looks like these guys.

Yep. I still have the springboards for the stories I wanted to write for them. I'm still diggin' 'em and I may still produce the comics. I think the sprites are a bit on the small side, so I may resize everything to something more visible, yet not too big where the sprite looks wonky.

What the real big pain in the rump for 7 was that metallic piece she wears on her face. It was hard to negotiate how much of it to put on without muddying it up. Sometimes the little things can be a big problem.

Personally, I think you did a good job. I knew exactly who it was right away and that's not only because I already knew what you were making. I appreciate the work even if the person you did it for didn't feel the need to comment on it at all or even thank you for trying. Maybe working on your own stuff would be much more rewarding.

oh yeah ghaeleon the sprite was nice but it needed to be made in flash/it makes it a lot easier and makes it look a whole lot better
and it needed to be bigger!

The comics would be cool to see. I can imagine it might take a long tiem to make all the backgrounds needed though.

Yeah thats true. I'm sure it would be easy to loose if you tried to make her face look surprised or somthing.

Thanks =) I'm sure flash does help to amke things better looking. I just don't happen to have flash at the moment. Don't know how or where to get it ether for ythat matter actually lol

I looked all around that page. I can't seem to find anything with flash help or free versions of anything to click on there. Maybe they moved it somplace else =/

I have to admit, I'm anxious to try my hand at it. You're right, the backgrounds will take a while to produce, but you know me, I'm all about the challenge. ;)

Don't be fooled because that's simply not true. If you tried to create that Madness sprite in Flash, you'd have gone mad yourself. Flash is a great help when cutting out backgrounds and resizing sprites, but it's easier to create sprites with a raster program like Photoshop or Paint where they look excellent. For example, the customized Batman and Joker were created from a Car Ranger sprite all in Photoshop and they look fine.

I've just run a pretty extensive search and unfortunately I came up empty-handed. There seemed to have been AC sprites on ninspriters.com at one time, but the page no longer exists. Hopefully you'll have more luck than I have.

I have open canvas, but I'm not totally used to it yet so I've had to stick with the MS paint for now. Had photo Impression but my PC crashed a few montsh back *I lost almost all my sprites and everything else* I can't see to find my photo Impression CD to download it again.

I'm not sure how long of a downbload it would be, but I agree with your assessment. There's too much that can get mucked up in a slow download via dial-up. Any plans of upgrading soon?

AAARGH! I hate when that happens. It's happened to me a couple of times, but since the first crash, I've made it practically a psychotic habit to always back-up and label my stuff. Sorry you lost your sprites. :(
