Though you've done a good job at placing his moves in the correct order, there's a wide margin for improvement. If you are using Flash to create the banner, here are a couple of suggestions:
1) The animation is too choppy. Try putting each move in every other frame. If it still runs awkwardly, place each move in one frame after another.
2) The character shifts too much. Instead of looking as if he's standing in one spot executing his moves, he's floating all over the place which kills the effect. Use onionskinning to make sure his feet are firmly planted where they should be at all times.

Oh um? I know your busy and all so if you forgot I'd completely understand lol But um? Where you able to work on those sprites I showed ya for my new comic? or not? Like Is aid I know you've been travelinga round, and I'm sure work its taking up time for ya too so no problem if you did forget. I think I probebly would have forgot myself lol XD

OMG that stuff is still hard.

But on a good note i have been working with flash and have started a flash after this flash im going to figure out this sprite stuff and make myself a sprite flash, so maybe soon for me.

Eh, will be a while until we start work on that though, so if you want me I would be happy to do a few fight scenes.

Hmm, not a whole lot I dont think. You were still here when the script was finished right? Other than that I think we have just had final descisions on who is doing what.

Damn for me aswell my sprite movie just won't open. Flash is loading then it just closes without a message popping up or nothing. All the other practice 5 frame long flash movies open because there not much space but Project Megaman X is 115 MB. It used to just take a while. I've nearly finished an ending where samus wins and i still need to have Megaman win and i was thinking of having spiderman beat them both but it's allready to much to even open. There's four scenes alltogether and i havn't backed up. I just want to finish it and put it on newgrounds so i can start something from scratch or see how it turns out.
I defragmented the drive and that didn't help and there's 13 GB on the drive which is plenty os memory.

hey flame! the whole project thing is still kind of not decided, these things take time you know

if it was me who says who's in or not, i'd never make a sprite collab without you flame!

Just came on to tell you all that i proberly wont be able to check in here on any kind of a regualer basis. Work is just taking up way too much of my time. As for the project im not sure when i will get settled enought o work on anything. I may still ba able to animate but nothing too majour.I definatly wont be able to make up any sheets for the project.I have a couple days off around the 15th of November so ill try and stop by at least a couple times and talk with you guys. However it will still not be as much as i would like as the only reason i took the holidays was to spend some time with my new Neice (spelling) hollie my sister gave birth 2 weeks ago so that kinda gives a bit of an idea of how long i have actually been away for. I may be backon later tonight but im not sure. Anyway good luck to everyone with the projects they are working on and i hope they turn out great.

Hey i have a good idea, since this is a "neutral" sprite community, i'd say we all use a different game for the project, like for example, Mario, Zelda, Megaman (MINE >=) lol) etc.
