Oh. Well, if you want to make dnb loops, two good programs are Reason and FL Studio. If you are leaning more towards just drum loops, I would go with Reason. It's ReDrum drum programmer is amazing.

you cant really download a DNB drum, you kinda have to make the whole thing yourself, because if you could download them, all DnB would pretty much sound the same.
