Without FDR, you wouldn't even be alive right now as America would have eventually went into a civil war and then attacked on the West Side by Japan and the East Side by Germany.

Great Depression occured in the late 1920's and America went into would war 2 in 1941.

What are we suppose to do between those years? That is far enough time for another civil war to come about without a great leader in office.

And if we are civil war during the second world war, what would that mean in terms of our future? Well for one thing... Might as well call Pacific Coast States a part of the Japanese Empire and the rest the United States a puppet state like Vichy France. And with Nazis around do you honestly think us African Americans would survive that long? I sure as hell know my relatives would probably travel to Antartica and stay there... knowwing that the Nazis would be to busy conquering the world to take notice of Frigid Antartica.

Now consider America as that house and the politican as someone coming in for a visit. You will expect the politican to be respectful of your house/office he is elected to. NOw what if that house was a family cabin or home? would he treat it the same as the strangers house or will he get lose and be less respectful/taking more liberties?
