Today I've decided to try something crazy, amazing, awe-inspiring, and possibly so challenging that I may just die in the process. I, darcness1, do solemnly swear that I will FC Electric Eye. I do know exactly what's compelled me to reach out towards such a feat. It is Electric Eyes amazing Hangar 18 rivaling awesomeness. I figure twenty minutes of practice a day and I can get it eventually. I'll admit it's not as mind-blowing as a Fire it up FC or any of the songs that no one in the world has FCd yet, but for someone at my level it's quite the feat. Especially since only 5 or so people on Score Hero have FCs posted.

So far today I've been able to FC all Solos except for D and E. I can FC all the rest of the song. Nailed everything on Slower.

I'm insane. EE is way beyond my skill level. D:

#otB FC's baffle me. I hadn't even gotten 400k on it when I quit GH3. <.<

Personally I think it's one of the easiest "impossible" FCs in GHIII. I had the damndest time even getting to 500k for a while, but it gets a lot easier with practice. Plus trills are one of my strong points so it's not terribly hard to learn the solo 1.

lol. I've been playing Guitar Hero 2 trying to get the number one score out of all my friends....so far I've been successful at a few different songs.

Only one really of note is Woman, I'm particularly proud of that one...

Still stuck on Psycho Billy Freakout and Rock This whatever you ma-call it...on Expert.

Sucks cause I want to play YYZ on Expert. :(

activate at the 'false ending' ... y,know, where the notes stop for a few seconds, assuming youve managed to hit enough SP to fill a bar (:P) it wont run out till the songs finished

I've failed the song twice now because of that false ending. I've thought "All right!" and put the guitar down, gone to get a snack or something, and come back to see a nice big FAIL screen.

For some strange reason, I could never get the feeling of Guitar hero. I think my fingers can't move to the sounds correctly. I'm better off with my feet and DDR. :/

There was an announcement by Chris Vance on Scorehero today. It is a sad day for all of us who love Guitar Hero. Neversoft and Activision are doing what they do best, destroying well loved franchises.

The funny thing about a number of the beast fc is that it is almost wholly dependant on whether or not you can do solo 1. Solo 2 is cake, i havent even practiced it and ive gotten it down pat. The trills are also not bad if you anchor the red or green in the first part and the yellow and blue in the second part. After that its all rthymn work. So i definately think its possible with some practice! giv'r.

I almost got past the intro on dragonforce with double strumming, i saw the zig zag three times, very exciting. The rest of the song is easy, i know i could beat it first try, just gotta get past the intro :(

Yess you may. Avalancha is a fantastic song, i remember how jacked i was when i finally dropped the fc on it. As for stone roses, its a fucking pain in the ass, because it only has two difficult parts and they are at the end, i fc'd it and will never play it again. And HMW is a hard fc as well, so i cant blame you if you dont go for it. God blessed me with a miracle fc run and that was good enough. I re-fc'd paranoid, life is good. I had only done it once before with a terrible sp, now im rockin with 345 k.

definately 3. As good as the songs are in one, there are far less of them and the game is exhorbitantly hard to boot. I cant understand why people go back and play 1 and 2 and 80's , they invent new games for a reason. new = better

Guitar hero 3 is a steaming pile of fucking horse shit. Neversoft and that Chris guy officially started the beginning of the end.

GH1's setlist is much better and the game itself is more fun to play than GH3.

Keep in mind Hycran, easiness does not in any way = better. Unless you like feeling special.

I, RageOfOrder (aka vsTerminus), do solemnly swear that I will FC Flirtin' With Disaster. I do know exactly what's compelled me to reach out towards such a feat. It is something I planned to do anyways because of my newfound love for the song and the band.

I figure if I play the song a lot of times I'll get better at my problem areas. I'll admit it's not as mind-blowing as a Green Grass & High Tides FC or any of the Metallica Pack songs that no one in the world has FCd yet, but for someone at my level it's quite the feat.
Especially since only 5 people on Rock Band Score Hero have FCs posted.

So far, I have a good run at the song and you can see it on Youtube, Here.

With a 462.5k run of Fall of Pangea I made it into the top 250! =D

EE progress report:

I had a fairly good run today of about 365k with 97% hit. Solo D is very hard... I think I'll be able to figure out E though. :)

Keep in mind, nothing about guitar hero should make you feel special. All it comes down to is fun, accessibility, and the song selection. GH3 is much more accessible to both new players and old, especially with the online capabilities. I could argue that the set list is much better in 3 than 1, you might disagree, but the fact is that people are actually playing 3. The fact that youre getting so upset over a forum posting about a video game shows a lack of maturity on your side.

I'm not so much upset over a forum, I'm upset because neversoft destroyed another series that I have fun playing. Thanks to the detachable neck, the inclusion of terrible songs (Senses Fail.. AFI.. are you kidding me?), and the horrific overcharting.
