If this club turns out to be succesful, I'd like to join. Seems like a great idea. I actually was able to beat it on Normal, and I beat like 27/30 of the songs on Hard. I beat all of the bonus songs on Normal with all 5 stars, and same with the actual Normal difficulty. I just can't get enough of Guitar Hero!

On a lighter note, I 5-starred Bark at the Moon on Expert today. It surprisingly took me a lot les longer than I thought it would. You need around 233,000 to 5-star it; I had 256 :D

Yeah Sum 41 is an underrated band, I mean people think they are just pop-punk, but their guitarist (the black guy) was actually good. Fat Lip isn't a bad song, either. I don't like how they made the vocals sound like some shitty pop punk band.

I only have 3 songs that I have left to 5-star on expert.

Cowboys From Hell

I think the next one that I'll 5-star is gonna be Frankenstein or Texas. Cowboys is just downright not fun. I could handle Bark at the Moon, though, so if I practice enough I'll be able to pull it off.

Wow, I hate trying to 5-star these last three.

Texas Flood, Frankenstein and Cowboys From Hell are giving me shit. Godzilla was easy to 5-star, and I've played BatM so much I can 5-star it a lot too.

Only 3 mooooreee then I've TOTALLY beat it on expert. I think I'll go on to 5-starring all of the bonus' too.

First off, it is imperative that I joijn this club so I can join share with you all the joy that is Guitar Hero.

Secondly, as a bit of information on my personal Guitar Hero exploits; I just recently completed every song on Expert mode and am working my way towards a five-star rating on every song. So far I've gotten through all of the level 1 and 2 songs except for Smoke on the Water and Take Me Out.

Thirdly, as well as lastly, while I was browsing the magazine racks in my local bookstore I happened upon the latest issue of EGM which, acorrding to the cover, contains a blow-out article on Guitar Hero two. I unfortunately am saving for a new console this Christmas season so I try to avoid any uneccessary expenses. If anyone happens to have a subscription and could recite the newly expanded lists of songs and game modes I would be eternally grateful.

He probably didn't mean anything by it. After playing in more challenging modes for a while you forget that, on the lower difficulties, a score of 10K is fairly respectable. Once you move up to hard and expert mode it's impossible to pass most songs with less than 50k. When I finally beat Bark at the Moon I was over 100k and that's fairly close to the bare minimum.

I saw that too. I would have bought it, but I heard the November issue of some PS2 magazing (comes out October), has a GH2 demo with 4 or 5 songs in it. I have been checking the stores since I heard, because aparantly there is a small chance it can come out late Sept too.

i love rock an roll is one of my favorate songs, killer queen, ace of spades, iron man. i usually play easy songs at a hard difficulty, i use lefty flip.

That's cool, I know no one who uses lefty flip. I've tried it, but it was really confusing.
Now that we're talking about favourite songs, More Than a Feeling, Bark at the Moon, Higher Ground, Godzilla, Texas Flood, Frankenstein, Fly on the Wall, Cheat on the Church, Even Rats, and Crossroads are my favourites.

I've was listening to the radio today and I found a song that abso-fucking-lutely has to be in Guitar Hero II. Fast as a Shark by Accept, I can't find a website that you can easily access the song from so you're just going to have to try your luck with Pandora.
