STOP SHOUTING! and no it didnt. Bush has a closed mind on this topic and theres nothing we can do to stop. he completely ignored the marches in new york city and all across america last month. there were like 6 million people and it was on every news channel. bush said "everyone is entitled to their opinion, but the war effort needs to continue" or some shit like that.

The protests are to make people seem important. They're more of a novelty for the cameras than anything else - Bush's mind has been made up since the new year.

PUNKER99, please don't use all caps when making a post.
Quote of the day: @Nysssa "What is the word I want to use here?" @freakapotimus "Taint".

You can't just protest once and expect results. Direct actions towards the oppressor is what gets you results. Peaceful protest is no longer a means of protest, direct and highly illeagle actions, and sabatoge of corporate interests of the current administration are one of the broad things that can be done.
Support your local Black Bloc, A.L.F., E.L.F., and SLHS, and other direct action affinity groups if you want things done. The first tool you can use to dismantle the current system of things, is education. So PUNKER, educate yourself, and maybe you wouldn't ask such simplistic questions.

In short, terrorism. Yeah. Sounds like a REAL good idea.
