Okay you really need to keep this in one topic.
Furthermore, all the music we submit is destined for flash by definition: by uploading it we give permission for the music to be included in any flash submitted to Newgrounds. So technically we are all part of the audio crew for every flash producer that bothers to check us out. If you need a particular kind of song, go to the Audio Portal and browse through the genre of your choice or use the search function. If you still can't find anything, you can make a thread here, describe what kind of song you're looking for and people will suggest songs of theirs or even make something from scratch.
If you want people to actually personally join your crew, you'll have to give accurate information, preferably portfolio, on what your crew is about. You're asking people to commit their talents and time to you, so you'll have to give them good reasons.
