I dabbled in it about a year ago, did it for about a month, it was pretty fun, I won't lie, but I'm over that now, it wasn't really worth the trouble.

Do them if you've got a good head on your shoulders. Also, have a good mentality about doing them too. Then, trip balls. It's awesome. Only once a month though.

I did for a year. It made my process of thinking change, it comes as more of a subconcious thing. I find it more effective than the concious one.
Also it made me more creative. And didn't affect my intelligence one bit.
