I'll definitely support your sponsors if you can put cleaner ads on the site. It'd probably be a good idea to incorporate "pay-per-click" ads, since not all of us have a pay stub. :P
I know people hate the idea of forced banner-clicking, but I think one click for a day is reasonable. Also consider taking away reviewing (or even voting) priveleges from non-users. They get away with crap reviews and unreasonable votes.

Hello everyone, i have a question what do you do to get ranked... because right now i am still a civilian.I am still trying to improve my website but the damn website were i created my site isnt letting me do any improvements to it so it will always be a crappy little website but still visit it. Hey Tom i think you should get rid of some of the pop-ups that interupt some flash games and movies. Because they sometimes make you miss a good part of the movie or they sometime make you get killed in a game..It would be REALLY REALLY cool if you got rid of the pop-ups..Other then that the newgrounds site is THE BEST FRIGGIN THING TO HAPPEN EVER!!
getting a couple of Pay per click adds and adding them in the top right corner (like 3 diff ones) and say PPC under them so people know and click them. ya thatd be pretty good...

Well, Tom, I read "The History of Newgrounds" when I signed up, and I know what you and newgrounds have gone through, but I truely belive that you can make it on your own.
As for the sound FX, I personaly belive that you should go with not taking WAV files.
A long time ago, I remember seeing a notice that said you guys were not willing to make movies or websites for customers.
And now you need money...
Since you guys are awesome at Flash AND most sites are Flash now...why don't you guys get paid doing something you love?
