This is a good idea, and the first thing I though when I first read this. You could put it on the submit points page and give like.. an extra 2-5 points for clicking on the ad or something.. because people say they will click on the adds, but they will eventually forget. If you have that most people that submit will also go to the link to get those points.

Whoa, so you cut the Troma/Newgrounds umbilical cord, eh? Well, I think this site is ready to survive on its own (and if it's not, you're sure to get a lot of support from all us loyal Newgrounds users). As for the ad thing, I'll do my damndest to click on "clean" links from now on. Hopefully it will result in a significant decrease in the number of porn ads in Newgrounds (though I seriously doubt that; the large number of 13-year-olds that patronize this site probably give them a lot of business).

Wow.. I'm glad to see Newgrounds(.com) is REALLY going somewhere. Sure it was previously great, but now you have complete control over everything. Not only that, but now you have more bandwidth.. Making it easier for me, I'm assuming that when I get home from school, it's extremely laggy because there is so many users on Newgrounds(.com), and now.. That should change. I can see how you are thinking. But Noobs can get the points just like Vets.. both will benifit. Both will gain points from it, but it wont be a substantial number to make lvling up too easy. It doesn't even have to be EXP. It can be something else that will effect some part of the users account, but not lvl. Like blams and protects increase voting points, but nothing else. Banner points could do something as well, it doesn't even have to be vote related.

wow, and I am, wait, was the king on the SFX portion of the audio portal, music is easier to get then sound fx, I understand how some of the sound effects would be obviously copyrighted, like starwars sound effects, those you can spot from a mile away, but some of them are much harder and subtle, I can understand this, but some material is original, if you ask me, the music portion is the one that would seem to be the one you should be worried about, alotta those songs/loops you could easily get off of grokster, kazaa, ect, keep the SFX, heck, I've had a few artists already use some of my 'War Oriented' SFX, mostly because they asked me via AIM or email, sorry to be long winded, my point is that music is much easier to get than SFX, keep the SFX and scrap the music, most of the music is probably unoriginal

i hope that this doesn't affect anything on here like speed and quality.

i would gladly sign up for a pay account to support NG and i know many others would too. i mean i paid to register gamespy and you get almost nothing for that. i just think its a good service and want to help out. i would do more for newgrounds because this is by far the coolest online community i have ever had the good fortune of being a part of. you guys all rock expecially the fulps for giving us this killer place to hang.
