Tropical Depression Debby has just formed out in the eastern Atlantic, just off the coast of Africa. It has top winds of 40 mph, and is expected to slowly strengthen into a hurricane as it moves towards Bermuda the next 5 days. However, it could change its course without warning, so it's best to monitor it, especially if it moves closer to the North American mainland.

Last year, we had already had four hurricanes, including 1 category 5; Katrina formed 1 year ago exactly today. This year, we haven't had a hurricane. I wonder where all the people blaming this season on global warming, like there were last year?

Sounds like there's gonna be more damages. Hope we're more prepared this time. The first thing I thought of when I heard about it was Sealab 20201.

Every season is different, some seasons will have more hurricanes than others. Overwhelming scientific evidence shows that there is an overall warming trend, which is directly linked with carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere.

In more simple terms, it's growing like an erection and moving towards some asses.

The perfect reply with the perfect picture.

Anywho, I don't really belive in global warming and that it causes all this shit. I think this season will be moderate and same the next. I mean, evey few years (1992, Andrew. 2005 Katrina) you get the big ones. I don't think that'll happen this year.

Yes, I know that global warming exists. However, there were many people during last season saying that that season was caused by global warming, or that the strength of the hurricanes was caused by global warming, which has shattered that notion.

George Bush doesn't believe in global warming because it only kills black people.

Well, if you disregard it's current right angling and go by a "then-and-now" straight line projection it's headed for Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In other words, it's headed for Newgrounds, and this time it's personal.

Oh yeah, and me too.

I'm almost positive that NG HQ isn't made of straw or wood.

The most that would happen is that the site itself would go down for a little while that is if the storm is strong enough and if it even does hit Philly.
