my neighbor's wife hates dogs. my dog happens to have a barking problem. so my neighbor's wife hates my dog extra-much. my neighbor happens to be a cop. they are threatening to use the law to get rid of my dog. they say my dog is ruining the quality of their life. they even said that my dog barks at them while they watch tv. they called my dog "viscious". MY DOG IS A LITTLE WELSH KORGI!!!(little dog that looks like a weiner dog). what the hell is up with that!?!?!?

ya i suggested that there could be an "accident" with his wife and the stairs, and that then maybe he wouldnt be so worried about my dog, but then everyone got really mad at me....

Also, I forgot to add, just because it isn't disturbing you, doesn't mean it isn't disturbing others. You have ot respect your neighbours way of life. I know someone a bit further down the road who used to play very loud music into the small hours sometimes, until a neighbour popped round and complained, they stopped that and even sent a small gift to apologise with.

you can't stop dogs frrom barking.... and ur neighbor is a fucking crooked cop.... there is no law that says 1 a dog can't bark abnd 2 if the dog didn't attack anyone.... they can't do shit....

Well, I don't really believe they will be taking your dog away for "excessive barking"....but perhaps if it's that bad you can try to train him to shut up a bit ...if he does this during night hours it's more understandable. I don't care for shock collars because they seem cruel! I know barking dogs can make me crazy sometimes, but calling such a little breed of dog vicious is a bit much -especially for a big tough cop, haha... I wouldn't be too worried about him, though.

But cant he do something if the dog barks late at night. One time I left my dogs outside for a entire night and me and my family went to my grandfathers house for a barbeque, when we got back around 3:00 A.M. there were cops infront of our house and they said that the dogs barking is distrubing the peace. And we got fined.
