Guys, yesterday I started a new game in ToS.
Now I'm in Tethe'lla and I've noticed something.

This game was greatly influenced by Hitler.
Yes I know they announced this to us, but it's so noticable now.

Firstly, the Human Ranches. They are most obviously related to the Concentration Camps during the times of the Holocaust. Secondly, the Desians in Sylvarant are much like the Germans in WW2. They refer to themselves as the superior race, much like the Nazi's did.

In Tethe'lla, the Half Elves are prosecuted much like the Jews were. In Sylvarant, the Humans are like the Jews in the early times of the Holocaust. Also, I noticed that the Red and Black swords that you buy in Tethe'lla research facility town have Schwatstikas for Hilts.

I'm trying to unlock moves I didn't have in previous game plays, but am having some trouble.
I'm trying to learn Omega Tempest, cause the Tempest moves give me a big gamer stiffy.
It says you need to do 50 Psi Tempests, and I feel I've done well over that.

Are there level requirements?

I explained that once but I´ll gladly repeat myself for you Cericon:
Psi Tempest is a S-Type Move and Omega Tempest a T-Type Move. So you must switch from S-Type to T-Type. This can be done with switching the EX-Gem Skills. You must put them so that most of the Skills are T-Type.
After you have done that, Omega Tempest appears sometime later in the Tech-list of Lloyd. I think it appears in blue letters. In order to learn Omega Tempest now, you must forget Psi Tempest (you forget techs with the X button I think). After you have forgotten Psi Tempest, use the normal Tempest attack in battle and you should learn Omega Tempest soon.
Don´t worry though: You can learn Psi Tempest again if you want to. All you have to do is to switch to S-Type again.
I prefer Omega Tempest, although it has a bit of a lag in the end.

I saw another video where someone cheated to use a beta tech with Raine called "Sacred Light" (which does nothing) and all of a sudden Lloyd started Barrel rolling (kinda). It maybe nothing special but I found it amusing.

Also, you can use the Hi Ougi´s for Lloyd, Genis and Collete in the Gamecube Version. Maybe you know it already, just wanted to be sure. And you do it like this:

Lloyd : Falcon´s Crest
Press A,B and X and hold it for 3 seconds while having the Material Blade and the title "Eternal Swordsman" equipped. This only works when your HP turns red. Also, you must have used Rising Falcon at least 200 times. But if you like that tech as much as me that shouldn´t be a problem.

Genis : Indignation Judgment
Simple. You must have used Idignation at least 50 times. Then use it when Genis is in Over Limit status.

Collete : Holy Judgment
You must have used Holy Song and Judgment 50 times each. Then cast either Holy Song or Judgment in battle. This tech happens randomly, so don´t count on it when you are in trouble.

Cercion: To get Omega Tempest, you need Lloyd to be 'T' type, level 24, and have done 50 Tempests. If you have Psi tempest, you need to forget it and maybe even switch over to 'T' type from the 'S' type you probably have Lloyd as.

Gee, use your Head Cericon. With Crystals we mean Ex-gems. You know, the ones which exist in four levels and each character can have up to four Ex-gems equipped.
So, in order to change from S to T Type, you must switch the abilities Ex-gems give you. For Example:
Lloyd, Ex-Gem Lv. 1, Ability List:
Ability | Type
Strength S
Defend S
Appeal T
Accuracy T

As you see, each Ability has a type. If the majority of the abilities you are using is S-type, Lloyd will be an S-Type character. For Example:

Lloyd has three Ex-Gems equipped.
Two of the abilites are S-Type and one is T-Type.
This means Llyod will become a S-type character since most of his Ex-Gem abilities are S-Type.
Now lets say, Lloyd switches one of the S-type abilites to a T-Type ability. Then he would have two T-Type ability and one S-Type ability, meaning he will become a T-Type Character.

However, he will not become a T-Type character stante pede. You must have some fights first and then the Type bar (in the menu) will turn to T-Type slowly. I think it´s about ten fights. Maybe.

In-game Menu -> EX Skills -> Lloyd
The EX Gems you should have in your inventory ( You get a level 1 gem in a cutscene after you set off from Iselia to join up with Colette/Raine/Kratos. It should also include a tutorial as well. )
Each skill under the EX Gem, as RM said, has either an 'S' or a 'T' with it. This affects the bar you see that's to th eleft of everyone's Health/Mana bar on the 'main' screen of the in-game menu. Everyone starts out disposed towards 'S' type, so unless you equip them with enough 'T' type skills, they'll most likely get the 'S' type skills.
