I would have to say Mario is Missing! IMO
I also didn't like SM64 or Sunshine very much either.

I agree, Super Mario 64 is my most favorite Mario game of all time. It's adventorious (I can't spell lawl), the sounds and music are good, mostly everything about it is good.

Basically any game that was geared towards small children was terrible. Then again, i'm sure said small children had a blast playing these games.

I'd say Mario's Time Machine, Mario Is Missing is actually the best game in the history of exsistence, likely due solely to it's unbelievably confoudning gameplay and incredibly unexpected premise. We will one day look back at it as a work of art!

All SNES games, if my memory serves me.
I assume they were all third-party games with little affiliation with those who made other more popular Mario titles.

Mario Is Missing was for the NES, a copy of Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego. Luigi Is Lost is the sequel. Mario Paint was on SNES, using the SNES mouse. Also, Mario Paint owns.
